Arrived at 1pm, waited for a little bit and got our room 20mins later. The lady at the front desk was polite and was able to manage distribution of keys despite a few people waiting for the rooms. Both night and day security staff, houseman, front office staff were all nice to us during our stay. The hotel building has seen better days but we noticed renovations. The lobby on the floor we're in is newly renovated (tiles, lights, paint). The room and furnitures are a bit outdated but it's clean and bug free. Just hoping for it to be next on the list of renovations. Hot shower and water pressure was good. Wifi was impressive, fast and reliable. We got a room at the 8th flr. It was quiet and we got a view of the city of Manila. Close by a police station so we felt safe walking at night. Only one elevator was working and it's an inconvenience for a hotel operating at full capacity. Limited parking space even when we only had a motorcycle. It's located in a busy residential/commercial area so it gets really crowded with too many things going on in the streets at day time. We ordered bfast before checking out and though we're advised it will arrive in an hour as they order it from an outside vendor, it arrived after 1.5hrs. I advise you order early/ahead. Food was good though and reasonably priced.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our medical at SLEC. Check-in was fast at the time we came. The location is a one-minute walk to SLEC and there is a police station nearby so you will feel safe. They gave us room 701 and it's spacious. The room was not that clean, you can see some spots on the floor, the linen was old not sure if it was newly changed. There was a kettle and glass cups I hope they include some small water bottle with it as a welcome gesture. Toiletries were provided and just a small soap and two rolls of tissue I hope they put a soap holder in the shower room. Hair dryer and towels were also provided a good hot shower and water is strong. Internet was provided and fast in the room. Check out was also fast. Even if the hotel is outdated and the rooms look old it can still be considered good to stay here and I will recommend it to my friends who will do medical at SLEC soon. The location is perfect and has a lot of nearby restaurants and shops.

I was here for 2 nights for my medical exam at st. Lukes. The room was okay, tho it's quite obvious it's old. I stayed in room 908. The room was decent, but i can see some dust especially on the edges of the room. Also i had to request for toiletries because there wasn't any when i got there. And even then, i bought my own because i wasn't hapoy with what they provided šŸ˜…šŸ˜… but it's reasomable since it's a cheap hotel. I'd say hotel is already good for a short stay. Most especially if you're going to St. Lukes. It's less than 2 min walk away :) plus there are restaurants and cafes jist around the corner, and a convenience store nearby. Service was okay. They only accept cash payments so i had to withdraw money. But overall, i think it's a decent place to stay. I love the peace and quiet of my room.

Room 3/10 we booked and paid for twin bed but they just give us king size bed. Customer Service 2/10 communication needs to improve, In addition we (customer) wants to exceed our time so I ask if we can do late check-out if it's okay to have a late check-out then they (front liner) keep saying we will call but in the end the customer (we) itself called them just to clarify if we are approved to extend few hours more and what's worst is they call us that we can do late check but we need to transfer a room, since the room where we stayed is unavailable so we're okay with it and they will just call us again for transferring of the room, till the time of our late check out at the end there's no front desk staff called us to inform if we will be transferred a room or not. I don't have any hatred with the staff I just say my opinion since I can relate to them, to this job. I hope you can do better for your service it really needs a teamwork with it comes to hospitality industry. Kuddos to the room attendant that was assigned to our room keep up...

I stayed here for 4 nights. Lobby looked good, rooms looked good. Decent internet in the room. Economy room has decent size with big windows. Really close to a lot of key places like St. Luke's Medical Extension Center, literally a 2 minute walk. Near a Ministop (convenient store), a Puregold (grocery store), some restaurants and cafe at the back and more in the area. Pretty close to the US Embassy and Robinson's Manila. I think its location is its main asset. The hot water in the bathroom is a little problematic, it's kind that you won't really get the perfect temp for more than 3 minutes. You adjust it, then it will be good for a minute or two and then go to super hot, so you slightly switch it to cold to even it then it gets too cold after a minute or two. No slippers. No free bottled water. No robes. No safe. The only outlet you can use are the two outlets in the bathroom (very very inconvenient), I had to unplug their tv so I can charge my laptop...
