It was my first time to try Dad's Buffet and this was made possible by my amazing company. It was a generous treat to its hardworking and talented employees and our loving and supportive families during our Family Day yesterday. They have huge selection of dishes to choose from. Indulge yourself in different cuisines they offer, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, American, Filipino and more. There were only few dishes that really stand out for me. These are: 1. Crispy Pata (For the record, I finished one whole pata. The skin was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy) 2. Roast Beef ( Crowd's favorite and according to kuya who did the "chopchop", this is their "best product". Mabilis maubos 'to) 3. Roast Turkey 4. New Zealand Leg of Lamb 5. Leg of Ham 6. Lechon De Leche (yumyum!) 7. Bagnet 8. Paella 9. Sinigang na Rib I just hope that they'll add more seafood, shrimp and crab in particular, and add more options for Sashimi. Excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. They served with a smile. Thanks Dad's for making our stay a memorable one!

Over all the place is clean and tidy. We went here on a Friday lunch time, walk in. We didn't have a reservation so we paid extra (₱100). It's my friends birthday on that day so she gets to eat for free. The restroom is clean too and located by the entrance. The buffet area is amazing, it's organized and clean. On entry there's the cake station, followed by the ice cream station. Then the whole buffet divides into Filipino dishes, Japanese, Korean, and American. They have an area for soups and juices too. The service is good, there a lady by the entrance that greets you as you come in. The service is quick and they would remove your dirty dishes once you set it aside. Check out was easy too, you get your bill and you pay. It doesn't take time to process it, even if you have a Persons with disability or a Senior citizen.

1. If you have a car, they have a personnel for valet parking at no additional cost. Just give them a tip, still cheaper than wasting time finding a parking slot. 2. Online reservation is really an advantage because the restaurant is famous and located in a populous area. You can also save more when you make a reservation than just being a walk-in customer. Their fb page can handle the reservation thru messenger. 3. There are lots of varieties of food. I really loved the Japanese cuisine section. If you are up to Filipino cuisine, they also have delicious selections. 4. They have different promos. Always check their fb page for updates. 5. It's really a good dining experience. We celebrated my wife's birthday.

The food quality has deteriorated big time at this particular restaurant. The whole restaurant needs renovation & deep cleaning. The floor tiles were sticky. Big flies & fruit flies were roaming around. I even saw one of the staff behind the desserts' counter, trying his best to kill the flies, using a small towel 😳. The flies were all over the ice cream fridge and counter as well.

Food quality: We were not satisfied with most of the dishes. Some were even cold or partially still frozen. The chicken curry was blunt, cold and tasteless. The Seafood Pesto, was swimming in an oil pool (literally)😞. The Seafood Paella was not tasty either. The only thing that didn't fail us was, the carving section. Roasted "Lamb + Beef + Turkey". It was perfect. And, the chef was great 👍.

Staff & service: Why do 5 of their staff keep idling in one corner? They should be roaming around to clear empty plates, instead of having a lengthy unwanted chat on duty.! We had to place our plates on the table next to us, which was the only way to get their attention to clear it. Tissues were never replenished unless we asked for it.

A customer had an issue (found something) in the food, which made us worry about what we ate there. The manager / head chef had to give them a discount on the total bill.

Washrooms: Dirty & smelling. The faucet was broken. 2 tiles have fallen and, never been replaced. No partition in between the urinal bowls.

Parking: If I'm not mistaken, the do offer vallet parking but, we opted to park at the Robinsons mall, as it's just 10 min walk to the restaurant. The cost will be P50 for the first 2 hours and then, P20 for each succeeding hour.

In short.. considering the hefty buffet price (almost 1k), we were totally disappointed, as this is not Dad's buffet standards.

Sorry but,...

It's our 3rd time actually celebrating a Family members Birthday party here and mind you, it's always a big group reservation (more than 50 persons). We chose this time again due to it's location proximity to our guests. The buffet time is until 9pm and they are expecting that by exactly 9pm, we and all of the guests should vacate the area already. Seriously? Are we not allowed to at least stay for few minutes to pack our things up and have a small chit chat while saying goodbye to our guests. It's totally fine to remind us but the General Manager's attitude can be improve or I'm not sure if he's really like that. He arrogantly told me if I should be the one to tell the guests to leave already or he should do it himself. He even go towards the speaker to turn it off. He was smirking all the time, looks irritated, and not approachable at all. Maybe that's also the reason why almost all the waiters and server seems not happy with their job as they forgot to smile even just a little. I understand that they might be tired but that does not justify the arrogance and the not welcoming attitude. As far as we can remember, it's only waiter named Jerome who is accomodating and pleasant throughout the night and those in the front desk then the security guard. I hope the Management will be made aware of this feedback for the improvement of your customer service because we don't want the other future guests to...
