RedDoorz @ El Grande Inn Santa Cruz Manila — Hotel in Manila

Nag stay Kame here overnight dahil malapit sa USTH may check up kase Si baby ko nang Maaga so we decided na nag check in na dto. inassist naman kame nang nasa front desk pag dating namin , pero ang problema pagpasok nang room is wala man lang sila kht maliit na table patungan man lang nang gamit, so automatic ung bags namin even food sa lapag nakalagay 😩, wala din Silang basahan pamunasan man lang nang paa , so pag naligo ka or nag cr ka tapos nabasa paa mo or slippers mo Hanggang labas basa na din since walang basahan man lang. Pag naligo din dapat dahan dahan ang buhos dahil lumalabas ung water sa cr papunta labas. Sira din ung heater nila. Dapat mag ipon ka Muna nang water sa basin tapos saka mo lagyan nang water from shower na connected sa heater , or else pag direct sa shower u will burn alive 😅 medyo maingay din dahil may ginagawang kung ano man sa labas na nag wewelding at nagpupukpok, so if want nyo mag relax or makatulog nang maayos this is not the place for you.. medyo nahirapan din kame na hanapin ito dahil papasok pa sa eskinita bago ka makarating sa inn. Wala din Silang utensils etc. Kht disposable sana na mabibili sakanila wala, so if mag stay kau dto Dala kau utensils at plates. About naman sa room ok naman malinis , maayos din bedsheets kumot at towels , malamig din ang Aircon. If overnight stay ka lang at di ka maselan pwede na to. Pero if medyo...

The check in was smooth despite last minute booking at late night. It's close to LRT Bambang and 1km from LRT Recto and near UST area, which was convenient enough.The hotel is newly renovated although the room size is small. Wifi works well in room. Shower room was clean. Bottled water and the RedDoorz amenities were provided. The only thing that annoyed me was a loud noise of the window-type A/C.Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this...

The place is difficult to find, located in a very narrow street that only 1 person can walk through it. Poorly lighted. The room is dirty. Bed sheets are dirty, used, wet in the middle, with stains and shedded hair strands. I don’t know why they are qualified for such business. I stayed only for 15 minutes and booked another hotel.
