I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 1 mocha float on May 11, 2025, to eat on the bus going to Bulacan. I gave one cheeseburger to my boyfriend, ate one on the bus, and let my sister take a sip of the mocha float. When we arrived home in Bulacan, I gave the remaining cheeseburger to my older sister.

Suddenly, my sister said she wasn’t feeling well and decided to lie down for a while. The next morning, I also started feeling discomfort in my stomach and felt like vomiting. When I tried to use the bathroom, I was surprised that my stool was completely liquid, and I ended up vomiting everything I had eaten the night before. I felt very dizzy. I tried eating a banana, but I vomited that too. Even water and Pocari Sweat weren’t accepted by my stomach.
