Jollibee Taft Avenue-Quirino Avenue in Manila City is a great place to stop, especially after a long journey through traffic from Santa Cruz, Laguna.
On Sunday, September 15, 2024, I found myself stuck in a traffic jam for several hours, traveling from Santa Cruz, Laguna province to Buendia Avenue/Gil Puyat Avenue-Taft Avenue in Pasay City.
After battling the gridlock from around 4:30 PM to about 7:30 PM, walking into Jollibee Taft Avenue-Quirino Avenue felt like a refreshing escape.
The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with the cheerful sounds of laughter and conversation.
I ordered three Jollibee Yumburgers and three Regular French Fries, all for just 260 pesos.
The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, perfectly paired with the crispy fries that had just the right amount of salt.
Every bite reminded me why Jollibee is such a cherished favorite in the Philippines.
To quench my thirst, I enjoyed plenty of ice water, which was refreshing after the long drive.
I also treated myself to a serving of Japanese UCC Class One Premium Coffee.
The rich taste was a wonderful complement to my meal, especially when poured over ice from my bottle of Japanese UCC The Blend No. 114.
As I relaxed in the cozy setting, I watched the rain pour outside, feeling thankful for the refuge Jollibee offered.
Despite the downpour outside, my experience was truly enjoyable.
If you find yourself in Manila City, especially during unpredictable weather, Jollibee Taft Avenue-Quirino Avenue is definitely a place...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jollihee’s Taft, Malate branch. The manager on duty was outright rude and unwelcoming, treating us as if we weren’t even customers. Instead of assisting us properly, he kept repeating that any concerns should be addressed to “the manager”—which was him! It felt like he was trying to dismiss us rather than actually resolving anything.
A fast-food restaurant should have friendly and accommodating staff, but this branch’s management seems to lack basic customer service skills. If this is how they treat paying customers, I don’t see a reason to come back. Definitely won’t be recommending this place unless they improve...
Read moreWe went there to purchase a family meal but staff required customers to punch the order at self service screen themselves. No wonder it was taking a long time for service. The meal plan wouldn't punch and even the dm seemed to only use the board herself. The problem was the su.dae was not availbale. Cashier asked that we punch the items one by one instead and we got a bad deal. We paid only less than P20 for the family meal of 8pcs. We had 6 pcs, 4 rice, 1 bucket fries & 4 pies. No drinks. The staff are not helpful at all. They should learn how to deal with situations like that and be more helpful. If they want self punching for customers, then install no cash payment so there's no need for unhelpful cashiers and i...
