Check-in and Room Experience When we arrived at the Vivere Hotel, the concierge warmly welcomed us and took care of our luggage while we got ready for a seminar in the Zosima ballroom. The check-in process was quick, and we received our room key cards without any problems. The hotel has luxurious facilities that make it a great place to relax. Our deluxe room was spacious, and the bathroom amenities and towels were easy to find. Each bedside table had a card with instructions for dialing, so we could get help with anything we needed. In the deluxe room, there were two TVs: one smart TV and one regular TV. The air conditioner was very cool and made it comfortable to sleep at night, and the bed sheets were cozy and soft, making it easy to fall asleep. Guest Experience The staff at Vivere Hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their welcoming attitude contributed to a calming atmosphere throughout the hotel, allowing us to feel at ease during our stay. This supportive environment made our experience even more enjoyable. Seminar I found all the speakers to be very inspiring. They shared real-life lessons that we can use in the future when applying for jobs. Some speakers advised us to do what we love, and our jobs will love us back. They also mentioned that everyone starts from the bottom before reaching success. They shared their experiences of facing hardships, but through hard work and never giving up on their dreams, they achieved positions like executive house manager, general manager, and executive chef. Their passion and commitment to their work helped them get there. Overall, the seminar encouraged us to think about our goals in life, whether we work on land or at sea. Ultimately, we must rely on ourselves to make decisions about our lives because only you can create your future. The Nest - Food and Service During our seminar, we had the opportunity to enjoy various meals and snacks. The morning snacks included delicious pizza topped with black olives and green peppers, paired with a tasty dipping sauce. For lunch, we started with light appetizers like chicken sausage puff crust and bacon and pineapple roll-ups, followed by a flavorful main course of braised pork and chicken cutlet, complemented by a variety of cooked vegetables. The breakfast buffet the next morning was good, but I saw some ways to make it better. I suggest adding more seating to fit more guests, which will help reduce waiting time. It would also be nice to have more food options for breakfast and to add made-to-order stations for guests who want fruit smoothies. In conclusion, the 5-star Vivere Hotel & Resorts truly deserves its rating. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with the satisfying food and calming atmosphere, made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Vivere Hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a top-quality experience.

It was my day off and decided to workout for a bit and saw this hotel. I usually go to Makati for my workout places with a nice pool so i can soak afterwards. This hotel is in Alabang and near my house. We went to Crimson hotel multiple times and decided to try Vivere hotel this time. My sister wants to go swimming as well so I just tagged her along and got a breakfast included in our stay. Kinda read some reviews online and most of them are not true. I think i read something about dated room but geez, its so far from the truth. I love the room ambiance and very conducive for working. Im a trader so i need a good connection all the time and this place checked everything im looking for. They have a tub as well which is a plus and the pretty receptionist Jhoana is so kind and hospitable. I went to the hotel straightaway after my shift and just want to rest and was given an early checkin around 2pm. My sister looks happy during this brief vacation for her. Also kudos to Ralph from the Nest who attended me and my sister. Im really craving for a pizza and apparently they run out of it during my stay (im pretty devastated lol! So dramatic haha!) he recommended some good stuff and almost messed with my diet. He looked quite shocked when i ordered just one dish and most of them i gave to my sister since i dont eat rice anymore. But that chicken ala pobre , i think its called tasted divine and had to walk around the area since i ate too much of that good stuff. The attendant in the pool area is also very hospitable and we forgot to order some drinks coz we went for a swim around afternoon and its so cold. Will order tomorrow instead! A warm latte sounds good after a workout swim! And the gym at the 31st floor is well equiped although no one is working out whrn i went there! I had the place all to myself for an hour!

Good day, I'm Angelo Cabiles 2nd Year Student From Olivarez College,

Check-In Experience: All the staff were very friendly, upon arriving, their concierge and doorman greeted us and helped us with our luggage. Their front office staff and guest services staff greeted us with all smiles while we had our group picture taking. Proceeding to the area of the Seminar, they welcomed us with paper and pencil on our tables, napkin and a fork. They offered drinking water and coffee and they refilled our water when it was empty.

Guest Experience - Employees: On our Tour at the Facilities, Ate MJ (Front Desk Employee) showed us each style of rooms, from deluxe rooms to family rooms, she explained what is in the room (amenities, beds, minibar, tv, etc.). She also toured us through the Lobby, Executive Lounge, Spa Area, Swimming Pool Area, Gym Area, Parking, and The Nest Dining In the Sky. While she was touring us, she was very attentive to each of our questions, for example, we questioned if the delux rooms and family rooms have the same design and which floor can they go to swim, gym or eat. We also ask regards a concern for the dress code for the breakfast. They swiftly acted and considered our concerns about the students who didn't bring any shoes only slippers.

Upon checking-in, all of the staff we encountered exchanged greetings to us, from going to the ground floor, floor 3, swimming area, to The Picasso while we we're eating.

I would also like to comend their service when it comes to the food service. They helped us to being our plated food to our table during seminar and during the seminar there was an incident that the water was spilled all over the table, they quickly acted and cleaned the area and also replace the chairs with a clean one.

Lastly, one memorable thing was during in the morning when I got out of our room and went to the elevator hall, all of the staff who saw me even it I was turned away (nakatalikod) facing the elevator, they greeted me good morning with a smile (note: they were in a higher floor above me). As I remember they were the staff who are conducting their On the Job training.

The Nest Experience: On of the most delicious food I tasted during the seminar was the snack food, it was a rectangular slice of pizza with sour cream. I loved the sour cream it has a balance of perfect creamy and sour taste, usually other sour creams have a strong citrus or sour taste profile but their sour cream is good. No words for the pizza, I love how the crust is crispy.

Lunch Experience, overall the food gives off a fine dining experience,

Chicken Sausage Puff Crust - The crust was flaky

Bacon and Pineapple Rollup - I loved this, the bacon wrapped around a slice of pineapple has a blend of savory and sweet, I like how it's not too citrusy.

Potato Salad, Pork, Chicken, mini cream puff and dessert - it was good, the potato salad was not overwhelming and it gives off a crunch when biting into the apple, chicken and pork were both savory.

The Picasso Breakfast experience was the one I loved the most. They had more variety of food selections.

Bread (whole, white, french)

Corned beef - not too salty it was good

Sausage - (flavorful)

Bacon - (crisp to perfection)

Fish Fillet - was good, not to fishy and the sour cream compliments it

Pickled Veggie - compliments very well with the salty and savory foods

Fresh Fruits - they were actually fresh, sliced in the same portion size

For Improvements: The Refill of food in the buffet is a...

My check-in experience at Vivere Hotel Alabang was seamless and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and ensured that all necessary details were handled quickly. I didn’t have to wait long, and I felt well taken care of right from the start. The lobby was clean and stylish, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

The overall guest experience was very pleasant. The hotel’s ambiance is sophisticated yet cozy, with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was neat and stocked.
