Ambiance ...first and foremost is perfect. The place may not be big, but arrangements of seats are very inviting. They even have tables arranged outside, should you prefer, "al fresco". Very high headroom, so you don't feel squeezed in. And, what i like is, when you're a guess in the Crimson hotel, even the wifi is hooked up in here. The food? For a pizza diner, it's a pleasant surprise, that they have healthy alternatives like the salads and pastas, that are wholesome. And, really tastes good. What is extraordinary, is that they have on each table, a bottle, which has the combination of both spicy and olive oil, to spread or dab on whatever you are having, to add flavor as the servings are not so salty nor overwhelmingly spicy. I must say, that they are just right. Pizzas are thin crust, which is also. Taste, i'll leave to each own's palate. The service...Outstanding. They are attentive but not pushy. And, even the manager is hands on, on the dining area. He even checks on each diner to see how the food is and even answers questions pertaining to the food. I like the Calzone salad, because of the baby spinach, which are really fresh and unique together with the turkey ham filling. Really healthy! The price is really, really affordable as the serving sizes are good for sharing.

Customer Service level = 100 The staff are very accommodating :) Food: in general their pizzas are cooked via their brick oven (if I’m not mistaken) & over all are good! They also have salad, pasta and a variety of drink options. We got aglio cheese pizza & lasagna bolognese for a change (see photo). Aglio Cheese Pizza - very garlicy Lasagna Bolognese - red tomato sauce lasagna with beef, topped with cheese. Suitable for red sauce lovers one think that is really lacking in their menu are protein options (having a chicken option would really suffice) Although they did had a roasted chicken option that day but it’s a WHOLE chicken, good for big groups. There were no small portion options. Parking: we parked at crimson hotel since we had a posh membership card :)

I’m from the US, and this is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in the Philippines. Most of the pizza I’ve tried here has been a letdown, but Firehouse really nailed it. The brick oven flavor is legit and everything tasted super fresh. If I’m being picky, my pizza could’ve used maybe 30 more seconds in the oven — the crust wasn’t quite crispy — but the flavor was fantastic. Also, I’ve seen some people complain about the amount of toppings, but that’s just how traditional Neapolitan pizza is made: simple, few ingredients, tons of flavor. It’s not about piling on toppings, it’s about quality. And they really get that right here. Delicious, fresh, and leaves you feeling satisfied, not heavy. Definitely worth checking out.

I had always driven past this place on my way home and was so curious about how the food was, especially since it was located within a hotel.

I first went here over a year ago, and ever since it’s become my go to spot for pizza, whether that be with family or friends. The ambiance and lighting is amazing, it’s very cozy and fits many while being pretty small.

The mac n’ cheese poppers were delicious, not too heavy and the dipping sauce it came with highly complimented the dish. The lasagna bolognese is also good, but there are much better options on the menu. I would 100% come here for a pizza and not a pasta, not because the pasta isn’t good, but the pizza is just so genuinely mouth watering and perfect that it would be criminal not to get.

If you go, you without a doubt need to get the firehouse pizza. It’s delicious and comes with a great amount of toppings, in every bite you get a little bit of something. It’s also pretty good with the burrata, but that can make the pizza a bit soggy and it might not be for everyone. I love it though. I’m not a fan of mushrooms, but my brother and dad thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom pizza. They also used to have this really good steak pizza, but sadly I don’t think they offer it anymore. I could easily put down a whole pizza from this place.

Their cocktails are decent, I wish they had a bigger variety but they can still make others. If not, there’s a speakeasy in the hotel with a great drink selection. I enjoyed their matcha frappe, though it had a very faint taste of matcha. I would skip it and do their peachy mule instead.

The location of this place is great, it’s right across Festival Mall though parking may be tough. Service is fast and the staff is kind and helpful. One thing that would make the place a lot better is hot honeyyy!! The crust is so good and hot honey would be a lovely compliment to the dough. The prices are good for the quality of food you get, and it’s a great experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a good sit down pizza...
