Jollibee — Restaurant in Quezon City

Went through your drive through yesterday and ordered 2 jolly hotdogs with fries and drinks. Cashier asked me if I wanted the order to be large. I said NO just give me the regular order. Asked me if what kind of drink and I said pineapple juice. I gave my senior citizen card and she told me that she could only discount one dahil nagtitipid sila. I did not argue anymore. But when I paid for the bill she had to ring up one order at a time because one was for the discount and the other without. The frustration built up when she charged me extra for the drink because automatic daw na large yung drink ng pineapple juice when I specifically ordered a regular drink. You cheated me out of 40 pesos because your system cannot differentiate a regular from a large drink. I spoke to the Manager and vented out my concern and he told me the same song and dance that they will train their people. Fix it and don't cheat people by paying extra for what they did not order. Other Jollybee locations cater to seniors without question to what they order. Will never go back to this branch again and tell all my friends and relatives not to patronize...

Its raining hard and traffic is worse in Quezon ave. As well as our stomach needs a dinner. We stop by Jollibee Pantranco, in front of Fishermall and viola! There are parking lot, but just a few and double parking indeed. The service is good. No hassle in the queue and the food quality is great. Chicken is big, burger steak sauce is ample, service water is large and most of all the chocolate float tastes better. If you want to have a children party, I guess this is the place to be. Take a look at it. It is a 2 storey fastfood. A common area in 1st and 2nd flr and a big party place in 2nd floor. I guess if you are celebrating here, your guess can park in front and in the fishermall and just use the footbridge and walk going to jollibee. Langhap sarap...

Place is nice, not too big but spacious between tables, no crumped feeling. Parking guy helpful. As for food Chickenjoy done nicely, crunching n moist, tastes fresh! Spaghetti and palabok done ok. Flavorful. 👍. Service crew, she is pretty but doesnt smile to customer. Order of 8 pc. bucket was not punched correctly, since the stub was left in counter, error was not noticed. When food came after a long while, spaghetti was missing and not punched in. When approached, she was quick enough to correct and recomputed charges immediately. Still No smiles. Thought maybe new branch, new employee may be nervous but still she should have said sorry and smile a little. Good thing, am in good mood with my family today. Hope...
