We dined in yesterday here at Chowking Trinoma. At first I noticed that the customers are waiting too long falling in line and observed that most of the staff are a bit slow on preparing foods. Approximately I waited 15-20 minutes before my turn. The time is somehow fine for me but I think it needs to be addressed. Halo-halo is not available at that moment :( I waited at least 15-20minutes time again before my order came only to realize that my ordered food is incomplete. Basically I ordered TWO wonton mami, but in the receipt it is only one. I just brushed it off since I have to fall in line again to get another one. Then the two drinks are not served. The drinks are added in the official receipt but it is not available from their copy. So I mentioned it to one of the staff. Then she said “Yung sa coke, Iced tea nalang” instead of saying that the coke drink is no longer available and if I’m ok to have iced tea. I was disappointed the way she said it thinking there’s so many inconveniences we experienced. The image is there as a proof that I got iced tea instead of coke.

Read moreI tried to eat here today. My order was two siomai chaofan (one with drink, over without - 89+105 php) and chaofan with chicken for 145 (with an additional pineapple juice). Two times I said to the cashier that I want to buy two SIOMAI chaofan. She said "okay" and said that my order's cost is 309 (strange -it should be 339+juice). When I checked the check, I saw that there is two chaofans in my order instead of two siomai chaofans. I returned to cashier and asked the cashier to change my order, because it's incorrect. Around 15 (!) Minutes I was watching how two cashiers tries to change my order. I have no idea what did they do, but I lost a lot of time. Sooo, after that they said me to pay 110 php more. How it works? 89+105+145+pineapple juice= 419? Of course I know how it works, they just add two siomais to my order because they didn't find how to change it, but can someone tell to me why I should overpay for it? And how many times I should repeat to the cashier "siomai chaofan" for buy siomai...
Read moreI don't have any issue with the food's taste. Standard Chowking taste, great and all. The waiting time and how it was handled are my concerns. I was their 1st customer for the day so I assumed that it wouldn't take that long. I even said it's okay when they asked if I don't mind waiting for 15 mins. I ended up waiting 30+ mins, and then noticed that there were about 8 tables waiting and only 1 was served, so I went to the counter to ask about my order. Unfortunately, the one who asked me if I needed something just left immediately to do another errand right before I even got to answer which was just rude. I hope you do better next time.
The food's good, the service, I hope it gets...
