Trees Residences Fairview — Hotel in Quezon City

So, my family and I came to this air bnb about three weeks ago. Immediately when we entered i told to myself that it would be amazing, oh was i wrong. There were ants everywhere meaning on the kitchen counter where food belongs, and in the bathroom, inside the sink is a disgusting fishy smell. I do not know what it is but it smells bad, also on the bed there were BUGS?? And questionable stains, brown ones, red ones, and black ones, and the airbnb is infested with ants. And while me and my family were just about to go to bed, without us knowing the power suddenly shut off? It was from 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM, can you believe that? My family had to wait in the heat for a very long time, we had to go down to complain about how we are a family and need a fan. Then they gave us a fan but the thing is we had to keep our door open.. Which js super duper unsafe. Somebody could enter the room instantly, Also this also happened maybe 30 minutes ago but gladly the power returned. And also the owner of CASA ROMA is very rude and not welcoming, when we asked why the power is off they just simply said i dont know? The only good thing about staying there is that there is a supermarket and two malls close to us. I’m super happy we are leaving soon, we won’t be coming...

This was one of the worst experiences ever for staying at a residence for me. The bed was so hard I could not sleep the first night at all. I went out to the mall to buy a foam topper for my mattress, but the guard hassled us about it and would not let us take it up. This was absolutely ridiculous. We finally got the mattress upstairs and went to sleep. Then, with no warning, the utility company came by and shut off the power all night long to do work. I have a CPAP, and I needed power to sleep. At 6 a.m., we finally gave up and left the residence. NO refund was given. Just a sorry sir, we had no idea. But on the elevator ride down, it clearly said utility work was going to be done on the wall. We ended up having to pay more charges for not cleaning the residence, leaving early, and a bogus 350 peso charge for a broken dust pan. If you're a foreigner, I would recommend staying...
