Mc Hotel Fairview — Hotel in Quezon City

This hotel completely sucks.!!! It’s the most gross hotel I have ever booked!! Don’t believe in what you see in the pictures!! My first booking they gave me a dirty room with feminine pad left in the bathroom, the bathroom floor was flooded, there were hairs on the bed, the floor is wet. After informing them of the situation, i thought they will take action about it. So i booked again another 2 nights as it is the most nearest hotel to my office work. They gave me a smaller room considering that I booked a deluxe, the standard room i previously took was even bigger than this deluxe room. The only difference is it has a water boiler. The bathroom smells poop. the wifi doesn’t work. I complained at the reception and heard them gossiping after they thought I left the reception. The supervisor’s personality sucks!! She keeps saying she will do something about it but didn’t. This hotel wants your money but doesn’t care about your convenience. They even woke me up at 2:45am just to say they are going to clean the room and 5:30am just to ask me again about my booking ID… Management seems like they don’t care about people’s reviews at their website. Bathroom Cabinets are falling and broken toilet bowl seems nothing to them. I informed the supervisor and she said she will send some to fix it. The room was empty for how many hours. You should have just fix what was broken before another guest takes it again. No hot water even. I will never recommend this hotel and believe what you read on the reviews. Those are people’s...

Sleek and modern. Legit hotel for short stays. They provide you with your free toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo, along with your key card and remote for the TV. There's a slot beside the light switches in your room where your card needs to be inserted in order to power up the room.

Building and facilities look new. Staff were friendly and accommodating but also professional. Free meal for all length of stays. If you stay until morning, there's an in-house pasta and coffee place at the ground floor.

There's an entirely pointless billboard outside announcing 200 pesos for weekday stays and 300 for 12-hour weekday stays. Ignore that. The actual rates are what's on the front desk, 545 pesos for 3 hours being the cheapest.

My room has a busted light bulb - one light among many but still. Toilet seat has a ruined hinge and you have to grip it with both hands to bring it up or down. Drainage and sink had a veritable sewage smell seeping out of it when I brushed my teeth and used the shower.

There's absolutely nothing to see in its location in Fairview apart from the two big malls beside it. Every item in your free grooming kit comes in twos. That and the hotel's location in the middle of Fairview is somehow conducive to the idea patrons get that it's no more than an upscale love hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, staffs are friendly and polite. The only thing that bothers me is the door the I'm unable to lock from inside of the room, I tried to tell the personnels about it and they told us that it would be automatically lock from the outside so nobody can come in to the room but of course for the security purposes of myself, I'm unable to get some sleep because I was so anxious about it the whole night considering I was staying alone. Even the peep holes doesn't have any cover from inside, and I tried to peek from outside and I can see clearly the end of the bed which of course kinda creepy, so I just stuff some tissue paper while I'm staying that night and removed it when I checked out. Also bathroom is clean but the showeheads are kind of rusty. But so far the toiletries are complete and has a nice packaging and I was even got a free noodle meal for overnight stay. I just hope they improve more the security specially for the doors. I will still comeback because it is nearby my work and its more convenient for me to stay than to travel for hours, I just hope the company will check this review and try to check the doors and the other stuff that needs...
