Worst Jollibee experience ever in my own country. We Always dine in emirates and service/taste there is better than your own brand.

Ordered Family meal A and informed us that They are out of french friez ( Come ON!! ).

I told them its ok without fries just make it rice or what other sides you have because kids will enjoy the ice cream from the 840 promo

I dont have choice to agree the Family B with fries. Then Add extra ice cream

I request for 2 pcs spicy and 6 normal then informed again that spicy is not available ( again its ok put your temper up!)

I ask for thigh and leg part for our kids request then informed again that they have only boney/wings part. (again temper!l)

2 stars, food was okay. But the people are not. I ordered two c3, when I was paying, I used my card, and i kept telling the cashier that the card has only a chip on it, she kept shoving it the wrong way like its her first time doing it, even the manager beside her doesn’t know what she’s doing, they like cancelled the payment like 5 times before I taught them how to do it, then I got bored and asked to add the chocolate sundae. But she gave me the cookie that I hate the most. Then when the number calling, they have that stupid screen that they never know how to use properly, so I was looking at my phone waiting for my number at the screen, but never been shown, then I went close to the counter the lady said she kept calling for my number, I said you should get rid of this screen then. Then they gave me small drinks when I ordered medium drinks, another messed up service, the cup holder also broke 3 times, couldn’t hold the drinks, then she gave me the paper bag for the food and two cup holders for the drink and the ice cream.
