FLiXS HOTEL — Hotel in Quezon City

The hotel is like transit short time hotel for travellers by hour or 12hrs .Location is ok near SM mall but reat maybe affecting by the noise exhauat sound by rhino bus by road side. IT WALK IN and take queue number wait for room . Security of room.is also basic jus key hooked with tv remote . Dont forget to.lock the room when u leave the room. Ard this area it bigger already with a small food stall . And it beside shakey pizza restaurant for food choice . Plus it the few with proper car parking although like only less then ten lots it gd for those driving . However no lift access from carpark jus a small stairs .there small area where the they sell drinks However the room are basic cleaned . bed and lining is army quality abit stenched and toilet is basic a metre width . . Hotel condition is ok not too bad . Aircon is old and noisy . The room i got on 3rd floor toilet flush...

Noisy and rundown. Noise is the way to describe this hotel. It's right on busy quirino highway. There is a KTV bar downstairs which is blasting music till the late hours. There is a tv installed next to the stairway which is running on max volume all night. Through the stairway noise is going up several floors. Even the cleaners are listening to the music while they are cleaning the rooms. If you are looking for a quiet place this is not for you. Rooms are worn out. Many things are not working. I checked three different rooms. There are cockroaches everywhere. Sometimes aircon is weak, sometimes water heater is not working. It is not expensive p1070 per 24 hours. worst hotel. i heard a rumor from another room the other day that there's a person who got stuck on their elevator and didn't get any compensation. their rooms are all lacking, tables, chairs. some of the bidets aren't working, the heater on showers as well and the flush. the receptionists we're giving attitudes and even the manager have bad personality.

all of the bed, the sheets, the curtains are dirty. and also the showerhead.

there are a lot of insects too and there were no signal on the TV's. are they just placed there for display?
