I love Manam as their food is great regardless of the branch I visited. But the service in SM fairview was awful. We were there during off hours when there weren't a lot of customers but we were greeted only when I intentionally raised my voice a little to get their attention. They were chitchatting and nobody's waiting to attend to new customers. We got seated in a newly cleaned up table. The table was still wet and it smelled a little. Our orders all came in quick except for one, Beef bulalo coz somebody mistakenly prepped a Pork Sinigang which we never ordered. I said to just cancel the bulalo as we're almost done eating. They acknowledged but still served it 5mins after. When I asked for the bill, told the crew to wait for my mom to come back from the rest room for her Sr citizen ID, she didnt pay attention, processed the bill, so ending up reprocessing when my mom got back. I asked for a manual OR, they even took the details from me, then handed over a tape receipt several mins after. So we ended up waiting for several mins more so they can do the manual OR. Lastly, we asked to wrap the left overs and requested for additional soup for the bulalo as it dried out . Surprise surprise, when I got home, what they wrapped was just the meat and veggies. Tons a little irititating misses just because no ones paying attention to their job as theyre busy having fun...
