Hotel Logos — Hotel in Zakopane

My family and I motored to the Lagos hotel from Cracow in about 2 hours. The hotel was just a 5 minute walk away from the main street in downtown Zakopane. The walk was a pleasant surprise through a small park. |The staff at the hotel could have not been more pleasant. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. |The breakfast was superb and had a great variety of food with a great atmosphere.|The only problem was the weather, as it rained most of the time. As Zakopane is in the Tatra mountains the rain made it cold and dreary. We were so cold when we went out to eat and see the sights that when we returned to the hotel it was so warm and pleasant in our hotel room. |My whole family and I had a great time and we all highly recommend this hotel as it is very warm and welcoming to guests.|The best thing about this hotel is that it is not on the Main Street and therefore very warm and quiet. For a family who will cherish and appreciate a good hotel that is quiet, this is the best place to go for the rest that people need after a long day of entertainment and shopping along the main streets. |My entire family wants to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality and when we return to Zakopane we will definitely be returning to your hotel again. Sajnos nem ajánljuk senkinek, pedig kinézetre gyönyörű, kár érte. Voltunk már sok Hotelben sok helyen, köztük tavaly ugyanígy Zakaponeban egy kisebb hotelben, még is bárhol máshol tudtak segíteni, amikor jeleztük a laktózérzékenységünket. Habár már kb két héttel ezelőtt jeleztem e-mailben a hotelnek, hogy a férjemnek szeretnék szülinapjára egy laktózmentes kis tortát rendelni meglepetésként az ott tartózkodásunk alattra a vacsorához, valamelyik napra, akkor először azt írva a hotel válaszként , hogy lehetséges felár ellenében. Miután megírtam, hogy szuper szeretném igénybe venni és mennyit utaljak, hirtelen még se volt lehetséges. Oké egy sütinél megértem talán, hogy miért nem vállalják a kockázatot. De, hogy egy doboz laktózmentes tejet nem tudtak kirakni ? Ehhez túl nagy intelligencia nem kell, főleg , hogy a recepción is szóltunk végette, még sem történt semmi, habár nem is nagyon beszélt senki a hotelben jól semmilyen nyelven. Se angol, se németül. A másik nagy csalódás , hogy a félpanziós ellátásért az ajándék utalványunkon felül extra árat kellett fizetni, amivel nem is lenne gond, de kicsit szürreális, hogy semmi tájékoztatást nem kaptunk arról, hogy nem lesz A vagy B opció, csak szó nélkül le raktak elénk egy levesnek nevezett valamit, amibe mirelit zöldségeket raktak . A második valami Steak volt, ami oké finom volt, de kérdezem én mi lett volna, ha vega valaki? Ezek után a recepción érdeklődtünk, hogy ez hogy gondolták, és hogy mi lesz egyáltalán másnap a kaja, amire választ nem tudott adni, csak flegmán megvonta a vállát.. Inkább már le se mentünk másnap vacsorázni, mielőtt még rosszabb meglepetés ér minket. Tehát segítőkészség nulla, nyelvtudás is hiányos . Sajnálom, hogy ezt a hotelt választottuk a sok másik közül. Although I had already emailed the hotel about two weeks ago that I would like to order a lactose-free cake for my husband's birthday as a surprise for dinner during our stay, on one of the days, the hotel first replied that it was possible for an additional fee. After I wrote that I would really like to use it and how much to pay, suddenly it was not possible. Okay, with a cookie, I can understand why they would not take the risk. But that they could not put out a box of lactose-free milk? It does not take much intelligence for this, especially since we also spoke to the reception about it, nothing happened, although no one in the hotel spoke any language very well. Neither English nor German. The other big disappointment was that we had to pay an extra price for the half-board service in addition to our gift voucher, which would not be a problem, but it is a bit surreal that we were not informed that there would be no option A or B, they just put something called soup in front of us without a word, with vegetables in it. The second was some kind of steak, which was okay, delicious, but I wonder what would have happened if someone was vegetarian? After that, we asked the reception what they thought of this, and what the food would be the next day, to which they could not give an answer, they just shrugged their shoulders phlegmatically.. Avec ma fille, nous avons passé 2 jours fabuleux à Zakopane. Nous recommandons fortement l'hôtel Logos où nous y avons dormi 3 nuits. En arrivant vers 22h30, nous avons eu une très bonne impression. L'hôtel est magnifique de l'extérieur avec toutes ses arcades. Il y a un grand parking (payant mais pas cher) sur le côté, sécurisé par une barrière. Le hall est grand, très joliment décoré, très chaleureux avec beaucoup de bois. Il y a de nombreux fauteuils et un piano. Nous avons rejoint notre chambre en empruntant un ascenseur doté d'un grand miroir. La chambre avec balcon est très accueillante, très joliment décorée également (2 lits simples côte à côte, une télévision écran plat au mur, du wifi de bonne qualité, de nombreux rangements, une penderie, un bureau avec une lampe, une chaise, un fauteuil confortable, 2 tables de nuit, 2 lampes de chevet, de nombreuses prises, une bouilloire, des sachets de thé, 2 petites bouteilles d'eau gazeuse). Dans la salle de bain (lavabo, miroir, douche, wc, 4 serviettes, gel douche, sèche cheveux). Il faisait très chaud malgré la température extérieure, nous avons fermé le radiateur. Nous avons très bien dormi. Les matelas sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner (compris) très copieux et varié (thé, café, lait, pas de chocolat chaud, jus d'orange, œufs durs, brouillés, de nombreuses charcuteries, saucisses chaudes, crudités, fruits frais, céréales gâteaux, petits croissants, etc...) est servi de 7h00 à 9 ou 10h00 (à vérifier). Nous nous sommes régalées. La salle de restaurant est magnifique, très typique, tout en bois. Cette salle est très agréable. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de manger au restaurant le soir(ouvert de 18h00 à 21h00 - fermé le midi). Au niveau-1, on trouve une salle de fitness, une salle de massage (sur rdv et payant mais c'est abordable). Nous avons profité du spa (compris) qui est ouvert de 16h00 à 21h00 (vestiaire : douche, WC, cabine, casier à clé sans jeton, lavabo, sèche cheveux). Des peignoirs et serviettes sont à disposition. On y trouve un jacuzzi, un sauna et un hammam, 2 douches avec différents jets directionnels et des transats. Le spa, tout comme le reste de l'hôtel sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car le directeur parle français, ce qui est un plus si on ne parle pas un mot de polonais. C'est une personne exceptionnelle, agréable, accueillante, serviable et disponible (il n'est pas sur place le week-end). Tout comme lui, les réceptionnistes et le personnel du restaurant (qui parlent anglais) sont très dévoués. Ils se sont pliés en quatre pour nous être agréables (indications pour nous rendre en ville, au téléphérique, aux thermes de chocholow, réservations d'une excursion en traîneau, du taxi pour repartir à 5h00 du matin. La réceptionniste est sortie pour indiquer au chauffeur où il fallait nous déposer. Merci à elle. 2 lunchs box à emporter, très copieuses et variées, nous attendaient à l'accueil avant de partir.
