Disgusting service, which completely ruined the impression.
we were served by a tall waitress with dark wavy hair, I came there with a friend, I took a burger, with an additive spinach as extra, a spinach waffle, mulled wine, tea to which I asked to bring oat milk, and cappuccino. as a result, the waitress brought regular milk in a very small milk jug and if I had not paid attention to this in time and had not doubted, I could have left the restaurant with Quincke's edema in an ambulance ... after which I said about it and she began to convince me that I did not say anything about oat milk, but my friend told her that I said, and yes I did and even said it twice. After the waitress told me when ordering that the bun in the burger would be dark (which I was happy about), but when they brought my dish out she said: it will be white just by the fact 👀and just quickly left, after which I started eating and discovered that there was no spinach inside, which I asked for to be added, and it was mistakenly added to my friend's already spinach waffle... it wasn't very tasty for him and definitely too spinachy, when I said this she said sorry, when I said this again she said "it's just a small mistake" I think it's very convenient to devalue something that is not important to you, but important for someone who you seems like don’t care about in your work spot, but for me this third situation for breakfast, from which she loaded me with health risks, was certainly something pleasant that flooded the anxiety. I asked if they could replace my dish and put in what I asked for, she said no, it's impossible because I had already started eating... but at the same time, how was I supposed to know from the outside that there was no spinach? interesting.👀 In the end, the spinach was not even removed from the bill, but they gave some discount on the dish, at least thank you for that.
The waitress spoke very rudely, rolled her eyes and looked with prejudice and condemnation at the same time shaking either from anger or from shame for her own behavior, continuing to repeat that it was just a small mistake. well, the third one today.
We did not finish eating and I chose to leave, it is difficult to judge the taste of the food and the interior when you encountered disgusting rude service. but it seems that the food was generally good, although my friend did not like the spinach waffle at all. it is also difficult to judge the atmosphere in such a case .... but the interior was pleasant, the toilet was dirty.
I think service is the first thing you meet in a restaurant /cafe and it is so important that it is friendly and good, I hope you have more luck than us in this place.
Edit to answer on your comment, it's very funny but i think you have me confused with someone else. i didn't comment on the food bags in any way, especially about the language, yes we took this food for our dog, it's a pity she didn't eat...

I had the [insert dish you had – e.g., “avocado toast with poached eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice”], and it was outstanding! Everything was prepared with care, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the kitchen takes pride in every plate.
The coffee? Smooth, rich, and made to perfection – exactly what you’d hope for from a place named “Filiżanki” (Little Cups). ☕💕
What truly makes this café special, though, is the service. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether you’re starting your day with breakfast or just popping in for a quiet moment with a book, this is the place to be.
Highly, highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back every time I’m...

Each plate is prepared with care, using rich ingredients and a touch of creativity that makes every bite special. I tried the Turkish Eggs — while not the traditional version I’m familiar with, the reinterpretation was delightful and full of flavor. The French Toast, on the other hand, was light, fluffy, and simply outstanding. Even before tasting, the presentation itself sets the tone; the dishes arrive looking like small works of art that immediately whet your appetite.
