GuimaGold — Hotel in Guimarães

Fabulous apartment in a great position approximately 5 minutes walk to the historic quarter. The apartment was absolutely gleaming, spotlessly clean with all the facilities anyone could possibly want or need. Very well planned It was large and spacious. It was quiet even though it is on a main street and had Blackout blinds which were excellent The bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedding was very high quality. Breakfast was delivered to the room each day and was delicious. The bread and pastries were so fresh they were still warm! We took a short, 3 night break to visit and learn more about Guimaraes, "the birthplace of modern Portugal". We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the cities historic sites (and restaurants!) but were frankly blown away by the quality of room, service and overall value for money that the GuimaGold apartments offered....

My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. Location is perfect. Proximate to the sites and very good restaurants. The room was first rate as was the staff.
