Choosing EMAJ for our New Year's Eve celebration was the best choice we could make.
We were greeted with the kindest staff, who answered all of our questions and made sure our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The rooms are designed with taste and convenience in mind. There is no item that does not have its purpose.
We were blown away with the size of our bathroom and bathtub - possibly the best bathroom design out of the hotels I've stayed in.
The room is a comfortable temperature, and the temp control panel actually works, so you can adjust it without an issue.
The beds are large and comfy, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The hallways are quiet, and the windows are well isolated from the outside noise.
It was an overall aesthetic pleasure that was matched with the quality of the amenities offered. This is a luxury experience for a very fair price. We look forward to returning to EMAJ again at the nearest...
Read moreI spent 2 nights here before starting the Camino (hotel was provided as part of my package). It was an odd bathroom arrangement; very tight space and the shower and toilet were separated by clear glass (not a problem if you are solo). And even though I could take an elevator to the second floor, getting to my room required a few hallways and navigating steps. The front desk was more than happy to assist with my suitcase. Due to COVID-19, breakfast was preordered and delivered to your room. Service was prompt and a small snafu with my order quickly resolved. Kudos to the staff for trying their best in such...

Then they said they had been to my room 3 times ... when I had phoned their switch showed another room and they were saying that was my problem, power point was located under a recess on the desk. ||Asked for bottled water and was told there should be some in the room when I said there wasn't, the receptionist said I would have to pay for a bottle of water. ||Hotel confusing layout, lifts, but still had to use stairs, auto lighting in hallways and steps that were dangerous as they came on too late to show the way.||Very cold atmosphere, no...
