Lovely modern apartment on the 2nd floor of apartment 18. Spacious living room and adequate two bedrooms with air conditioning… hardly turn on the air conditioning even in the soaring temperatures of 37 degrees… as the apartment felt cool. The apartment is well equipped with smart TV, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dishwasher… I wouldn’t recommend using the dryer it was useless but does the job for cleaning your clothes as they provide a drying rack. The kitchen seemed to miss some basic utensils, but overall it’s sufficient. We were missing hand towels for the bathroom but after a WhatsApp message they dropped of the following morning while we were out exploring the city. The apartment could do with a dustpan and brush so that I could clean up after my children’s breakfast. The apartment is perfectly located less than 10 minutes walk to time out market, as you leave the apartment turn left and walk down the road and cross the road. Outside of the apartment there are always queues of people outside Dear Breakfast, I took my children here once, the breakfast is okay, but they do have sufficient choices, the supermarket is also a short walk from the apartment (turn right as you leave the apartment). Just a word of warning it can get noisy in the evening as there is a bar on the same street, but they close at 1am, the windows in the bedrooms do filter out some of the noise, but would recommend bring earplugs if your an early bird. Overall I would recommend the apartment, shower are powerful and hot, great location and even with the shutters opened I never felt over looking, the shutters in the bedroom looked at a building site, but we never heard any noise from that. On our last night was could hear the above apartment walk around, but I guess this...

Currently staying at this place. It's very minimalistic, but in a very bad way: the kitchen is not equiped properly, the cupboards are dirty, the rooms are missing storage spaces - just one hanger per room and no other closets or wardrobes. The furniture is in poor condition, dirty and uncleaned - ex. cup stains and dust on the nightstand. The bathroom items are broken - such as the door stopper and the sink drainage system. It has a washing machine, but no detergent, a coffee machine limited to the capsule ones, no kitchen towels. The lights are very "blind" even if you turn them all on, the rooms are still obscure. The walls are dirty and could use some refreshing.

Not suitable if you stay more than one, maximum-maximum two nights, just passing by and leaving to a next accommodation that is suitable for longer stays or simply eat all your meals at the restaurants and spend 16h a day outside this place.

Well placed, but not worth spending your money here if you value confort. This place is any close to a 4 stars accommodation if it were located...

… wo fange ich an? Wir wohnten im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Die Bilder auf der Buchungsseite haben ein viel größeres Apartment vermittelt als wir vorgefunden haben. Die Dachschrägen sind selbst für Menschen zwischen 1,60m und 1,70m zu niedrig. Es wirkt so als müsste man im Wohnzimmer immer gebückt gehen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es dagegen eine sehr hohe Decke, was uns wiederum gefallen hat. Das Bad ist sehr klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Leider ist die Duschtür nicht abgedichtet, selbst beim besten Versuch gibt es eine große Pfütze davor, der Duschvorleger komplett durchnässt… An den Wänden in der Wohnung gibt es viele alte Löcher, die nicht verspachtelt wurden und einen ungepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Küchenschränke haben Türen, die man „Händeln“ lernen muss, damit auch der Kühlschrank schließt. Die Kaffeemaschine läuft aus, wir haben sie nur auf der Spüle nutzen können, damit kein Wasser vorn an der Küche runter, sondern in den Abfluss läuft. Positiv: Die Betten sind sehr bequem und sauber. Jedoch fehlen an den Schranktüren Griffe, im kleinen Schlafzimmer ist gar kein Schrank und das Zimmer so klein, dass man ins Bett rein und raus klettern muss. Für die getragenen Kleider sind zum Ablegen keine Möglichkeiten. Entweder muss der Boden, der Schrank oder das Wohnzimmer herhalten. Dass die Leute auf der Gasse sehr laut sind, kann man nicht verhindern, aber ich war wirklich froh Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen dabei zu haben. Die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft wurden einfach auf Balkone gesperrt und sich selbst überlassen, egal um welche Uhrzeit, Jaulen und Gebell waren die Folge. Dass in der Küche dann nur ein Teelöffel vorhanden war, und generell die Ausstattung mager ist, haben andere hier ja schon ausreichend berichtet. Das Einzige, was wirklich gut ist, sind die Zahlencodes an den Türen, so verliert man wenigstens keine Schlüssel. Fazit: Den Preis ist es nicht wert, für diesen Preis bei so einer Wohnung würde man in Deutschland Geld zurück verlangen… Dann doch lieber ein Hotel oder etwas...
