Lisbon Rentals Real — Hotel in Lisbon

I reserved an apartment on 21th of June. Today, 25th of July, just before I'm going to Portugal, they tested my credit card (the test was OK). 45 minutes later, they tell me there is overbooking (?????) and they can't offer me any other apartment. I booked a parking space beside the apartment for the 2 days, and probably I'm going to miss the money. And I have no apartment. Not responsible neither trustworthy...

good location,great hosts, welcome wine. no elevator, but the stairs are beautiful :)) 4th floor, so keep some reserves when you come back from a city walk. furniture could use a refresh and the internet connection/wifi is to slow to stream music from Google play or...
