This location and Claudio, the property owner, are both terrible. From what we booked, the only honestly advertised factor of this property was the size of the room, but even the size could not hide the inadequacies of the location, staff, cleanliness, misleading photos online, and the blatant disregard for customers.||There are numerous issues with this property. The biggest problem, however, is the location. In particular, nearly getting robbed right outside the apartment while my family was walking around looking for a restaurant. The neighborhood outside of the property seems highly dangerous and the potential for being pickpocketed or robbed is alarming, given we were being followed and circled within a span of 10 minutes after leaving the apartments. ||Our biggest issue with the property, however, was the false advertising and misleading photos online. We chose this location for the quaint photos of a charming apartment in the city of Lisbon and the good reviews. The photos are completely misleading. The photos provided do not show the degraded outside, the graffiti, trash, and run down appearance. When we arrived, we actually thought our apartment was one across the street because that building was the only one in the neighborhood that matched the photos. Please check out the photos we have added of the outside And the problems on the inside and compare them to the photos online. Stopped up sink, dirty upholstery, falsely advertised outside photos will give you a much more accurate depiction of the issues. This will help you better understand the kind of false advertising you are dealing with.||Lastly, the driver who took us to our location was a ripoff as well (this was set up by the owner), charging 40 euros for a transfer when we could have used a taxi for only 8 (we didn’t know anything at the time so we thought it was normal). In closing, this location should be avoided in order to maintain safety, especially if you are traveling with family, and the photos falsely advertise a quaint apartment in the city, but the rooms have poor air flow, weathered upholstery, no locks on windows, and a musky odor that actually made my family members sick after only one night. I would never recommend this...
Read moreThere were 6 of us in our party, and we had a 3 bedroomed apartment on the 2nd floor. The flat was great, really spacious with a small balcony (not a great view as it was on the back of the property, but fine to sit and have a drink on). The kitchen was large and well equipped, nice lounge, huge bedrooms (one ensuite), 2 other loos/shower room. The whole place looked as though it had been recently refurbished, it was very clean and bright. Parking was a bit tight, but secure- we paid extra for this, but there was plenty of street parking outside, which was free until 9am (we stayed on a Sunday night). The area is good- easy to get to the centre of Lisbon by metro, but equally, good bars and restaurants close by. Fresh bread rolls were delivered to the door on the morning. I recommend staying here if there are a few of you to share the cost. Cheaper than a hotel, and, in my...
