We’ve got the worst experience, not from hotel but the restaurant. Asian aren’t welcome, waitress name Diana is racist one, she was pretend to didn’t understand what we said, and play the game to me for wrong ordering.
It happened on 23.05.2025, We have 7 people. At first, our plan is, 2 people, my mom and my aunt want to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, 5 people left want to take a bus to go in to the town. So I tell the waitress with glasses that 2 persons is going to have dinner here, she said ok.
But after that we decided to have dinner all together at hotel restaurant because of tired, then I tell her again, 7 persons will have dinner here, so they could prepare the table for larger group, but no.
She starting pretend to not understand what I said, answer me like 21 persons? And pointing a finger to the table like just sit, and ignoring us. The another waiter who see everything, come to help us instead.
But the game still continue, we order many dishes to another waitress and the waiter, but finally the waitress with glasses, she doesn’t want to understand anything, even my brother can’t hold it, told her with loudly voice, she became more impolite, she said you don’t want to be scream, and left into the kitchen. After minutes she start to hit another table and chair loudly while keep it clean.
My order is fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, I repeat it like 5 times to the waiter, and he seems to be understand because he repeat it himself. But after Diana who takes the order later, finally I have got fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.
We all think she is a racist, and could have more service mind. Asian tourist must beware and avoid this hotel restaurant.
But their staffs aren’t all like her, the driver is a nice guy, good-natured person, he take us from airport to hotel with smile, the receptionist is very welcoming. The room is clean, shower room is excellent, and good natural...

Saying that I had a bad night is an understatement. That night was already meant to be short as we selected this hotel for the proximity with the airport to catch a very early flight the next day. This was a mistake, as my hopes of comfort have been destroyed by the worst bed I have ever slept on. Hard. Itchy bedsheets. Shaking horribly with any tiny movement you make rendering it impossible to sleep with someone else. I gave it a try, and I eventually stayed a couple of hours on the couch that was actually more comfortable than the bed, but I finally just gave up on sleeping because of the non-existent sound-proofing of the room (inconsiderate clients passing in the corridor, noise from other rooms, the nearby highway, barking in the street, et cetera, name it we had it). I had a better sleep during the short flight and maybe it would have been just better to sleep on a bench at the airport. The room seemed very clean, but there was significant mold in the bathroom, particularly in the shower (corners were really nasty) and I did not feel ok showering in this. The only reason I don’t give 1 star is because of the kind employees, in particular the very pleasant man driving the shuttle.
Note: I took the opportunity of the sleepless night spent at this hotel to start writing this review before I could edit it once the anger and exhaustion faded away. I’ll remember this night as the worst night in an hotel. I wish I could go back in time and warn...

On Nov 9th 2024, We booked 2 nights of hotel from the 16th to 18th of december as we planned to have a trip to India. Unfortunately, due some familiar reason we won't be travelling to Delhi.
Before booking online, I reviewed very carefully the cancellation policy that appears on the website, which states:
"18. Refund & Cancellation Policy Our refund policy allows for full refunds on cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night stay charge. No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures”
I paid a part of the full amount when I did the reservation (grand total 🟰 97288 rupees (a crazy price already ) and we paid I advance 24322 rupees)
I am now trying to cancel the reservation and have been informed that I will be charged the full amount. This contradicts the stated cancellation policy that I read carefully on the website before booking, which guarantees a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in.
Finally they have said that they will refund the amount we paid and we have been waiting since Nov 11th and we haven’t received any refund. They have blocked me in WhatsApp and they don’t answer me any more emails.
