★★★★★ Exceptional Stay at OPORTO Suites

My stay at OPORTO Suites was great. The facilities are immaculate & everything pristine. The rooms are equipped with amenities including oven, a refrigerator, and breakfast facilities. I appreciated having a balcony in both rooms I stayed in.

The cleaning team deserves special mention, ironing my shirt! When a minor issue arose with one room, the management responded immediately and upgraded me to the family suite.

The property offers a comfortable, modern environment. The bathrooms and tiling throughout are new and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating, allowing a slightly later check-out when possible.

The only minor improvement I could suggest would be increasing the number of shops in the vicinity that accept contactless payment, though this is outside the hotel's control. Also the code's to enter are a little long.

I highly recommend OPORTO Suites for its cleanliness, service, and quality.

OPORTO House AL was beyond our expectations. We stayed here on our last night in Portugal, as the apartment is close to the airport. Even though it is only few minutes walking distance to the airport, it was really quiet and we did not hear any aircrafts. The metro is also very close, which is perfect if you come/go from/to Porto. Cristina came to pick us up directly at the airport even though we arrived very late. We entered the apartment, the induction was perfectly clear.
