When I went to the machines to order, one was broken and the other was being used. I went to the cash register thinking the employees were available but they acted like I came for something else and not to order. Then an employee reluctantly opened the cash register and took my order. I ordered the King Chicken Menu and it was ready right away and when I opened it to eat it, I checked the inside. Because I don't eat ham because of my religion. There was ham inside. At first I thought of removing it but I couldn't eat it because I felt nauseous. When I went to the cash register to explain the situation and ask them to change the food, they said that there was ham in the photo and they couldn't change it. I think they could have changed it as a goodwill gesture. It may be technically correct that they say there is ham in the photo, but it seems strange to me that you put ham in everything in a place where 72 nations come and go. Please understand me. At least for people with such sensitivities, such things can be given as a warning. For example, there are warnings on some chocolates that say they...
Read moreHorrible. Avoid if you can. The staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful, no consideration to dietary requirements. You can only order on a machine, however, I am gluten free (coeliac) and there is no option for this on the machine. After trying this, I went up to the counter (as I saw a man ordering from there), one of the staff members shouted at me to use the machine and refused to take my order. When I stated I needed to order gluten free, she rolled her eyes and proceeded to ask someone else to speak to me. Another staff member then said the same thing, you must order at the machine. When I said gluten free, they suggested I order on the machine ( which doesn’t allow a gluten free option) and then I must go up to the counter again to say that it needs to be gluten free. A completely pointless exercise ( especially when they had previously let someone else order from the till). Not to mention how UNSAFE this could be for someone with a gluten intolerance. Educate your staff on food allergies and food safety, and a lesson in politeness...
Read moreA sorry excuse for food. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food I got hardly looks anything like the picture. The brioche is not fresh, sickenly sweet but at the same time also very salty. The meat smells strange and it has a texture like it was frozen. Horrible! A disgrace to the cow that got killed for this! I think there is more nutritional value in a francesinha than this "food". I got one (really only 1) slice of tomato and that was all my vegetables..? Also, the staff seems friendly, but I waited ages for someone to come to the table. Eventually I ended up getting my food directly from the kitchen myself. A very strange experience. I did not even get a plate and had to eat using my hands like a barbarian.
Horrible. I feed my cat better food than this. Will not be...
