Best thing is the location. Right across from the metro and the airport. |Handy for an early morning flight. Receptionist just lovely, welcoming, friendly and as helpful as can be.|I had a small room in the ground floor so bang bang bang went the front door all night. The aircon wasn’t working and the window couldn’t be left open with the curtains closed….it was one or the other, so a hot night.|However the comfy bed made up for it.|But the double room was tiny. Best hospitality I have experienced during my vacation in Portugal. Very close to Porto Airport, clean rooms and they take care of needs of every guest. During check-in the receptionist saw our heavy baggage and provided us the ground floor, recommended to get trolley from the airport (just 5 min walk) so that we can easily take our luggage early morning. Next shift receptionist gave us the wake up call as suggested and also packed a snack for us so that in the airport we can eat if we are hungry at 4am :) . Port in a storm kinda place. I had an extremely early flight and appreciated that I could walk to the airport at 2:30am without issue. I must have been given the discount room because it didn’t have a closet, the showerhead was clogged in a few places, random water would come out of it and it leaked a bit. My room was also close by reception so I heard everything and it was kinda loud. I was only there less than 12 hours and it accomplished the job, but def not a place for a long term stay.
