There are 2 types of experiences at this Starbucks (the one before security): a fabulous experience WHEN the male staff are working, and a horrendous experience (pure hell) when the female staff are working. I am female so it's not about gender. It's about the fact that tonight the female staff decided we should all be without electricity. They cut off the electricity at 8pm while they kept serving people until 10pm. They were EXTREMELY RUDE. This NEVER happens when the male staff are working. The male staff are extremely polite and very inviting, so you sit with your laptop and continue to order drinks or food. With the female staff tonight I was forced to leave at 8pm (I wanted to order more but I refused to stay when they cut off the electricity to all charging plugs). I do not know why they are so rude and indifferent to customers, but I will no longer go there unless there are the lovely male staff. The cappuccino they gave me was too hot; I had to wait 30 minutes to drink it without burning myself. I will not go to this place again.

2nd Update, 2 weeks later: I was still intoxicated and had to start taking antibiotics and other medications. A shame for Starbucks and the airport; I will never buy from Starbucks or eat at that restaurant again in my life. 2 weeks of discomfort due to the lack of professionalism...
Read moreThe waitress who served us was execrable. I don't know if she understood English or if she was pretending. I kindly asked her for an article, I kindly told her that she was wrong. She rolled her eyes and talked to her colleague about us (no luck, I speak French, English and Portuguese). I had given too much change as she had made a mistake the first time in pastry and she had the nerve to give me a math lesson. In short, I don't understand the good grades, or you were lucky to come across...
