Your response contains several inaccuracies that must be corrected: No offer was made to prepare vegetarian scrambled eggs or any alternative. If such an offer had been extended, we would have accepted it. The scrambled eggs were presented in a shared unit under one hood alongside bacon and sausages. This is what prompted the concern regarding dietary separation. The same female staff member referenced in our original review again exhibited abrupt and antagonistic behaviour during breakfast the following day. This was not an isolated incident.

We stand by the facts of our experience as documented in the original review. The dismissive attitude from both staff and management, along with the refusal to engage constructively, remains the key issue.

As vegetarians, we were shocked to find scrambled eggs stored in the same container as bacon and sausages. When I raised this with a staff member at breakfast, I was told: “That is how we store, what is the issue?” – completely dismissive.

Later, my wife raised the same concern with a female staff member and was met with abrupt behaviour and antagonising eye contact, which left her visibly upset for the rest of the day.

The next morning at 08:30 hrs, I asked to speak to the hotel manager. Reception said it was “too early.” I requested a call-back. In the afternoon, I was told the manager does not speak with guests and that all concerns must be sent via the general hotel email address.

This level of service is unacceptable. Dietary needs were ignored. Staff were rude. Management avoided contact entirely. There was no effort to resolve the issue or take ownership. Completely unprofessional and...

Anyone who says this hotel is clean clearly has very low standards of cleanliness. This hotel is basically the equivalent of a dirty person putting on excessive amounts of cologne instead of having a shower. The lobby is misleading as it’s nice. The minute you walk into the elevator there’s a smell of smoke which is funny because I signed a disclaimer saying smoking not permitted. The hallways smell even worse. The carpets are nasty and in dire need of being replaced. Room looks surface nice until you check the corners. Also a smell to them that they e masked with an excessive amount of room spray!. The AC didn’t work properly. Called front desk 3x they kept saying they turned it on and it was hot. Finally gave up because I needed sleep. When I arrived after a very long flight day leading into another very long flight day the card wasn’t programmed properly had to go back down to reprogram which isn’t normally a big deal but when it’s almost midnight and you’ve been up since 6am Spain time it’s not fun. My phone had a “message” so there was a red light blinking all night and the toilet wouldn’t quit making noise. This is NOT a 2 star hotel it might as well be hostel. If it weren’t so late I’d be staying elsewhere! Only benefit is proximity to the airport.

This is an overpriced hotel just because is close to the hotel. At least we paid more than 100€ a night (compared to the next day in Swiss Alpes for the same price and amenities) Anyway, I expected at least a good experience, but we didn’t had any of that. We arrive around midnight and we had the flight at 8 am, so when we arrived they asked us at what time we needed the shuttle. We said 7 am and they said OK. We arrived 5min late and the shuttle is gone. So I asked when it’s the next one and the lady at the desk told me 30min and I was late so other guests can’t wait for me. I understand. But she could have called us for example to see if it was possible to wait a few minutes. Anyway… I was pissed that she didn’t even called because I didn’t know they had other guests at that time since we could choose any hour to go. When the taxi arrived like 3min later, the shuttle arrived too!! That lady could have contacted the shuttle but she didn’t!! The airport is like 3min away!! She even went talk to me outside since she saw I was not happy and tried to convince me I was wrong… I never said to wait for us. She could have just callled us or contact the shuttle…. But she was SUPER RUDE!!! This happened on September 26, 2023 around 7 am. Super bad experience with this...
