LIMA HOUSE — Hotel in Porto

They were completely rude without humanity... They just want your money and dont care about you...They weren't clear with the hour of check in. They sent a message saying that we were not able to check in past 22:00, but they notify it 1 hour before... and we were in the plane... If they were more specific... anyway... We tried to explain the situation by telephone... and we were just 10 minutes (in subway) to arrive there and they only said.. NO.... and they left us alone in a new country for us.... it was late and cold.. we have already a booking and we paid and they just said "NO" ... so we almost slept on the street... I know "Lima House" will search any excuse beacuse of course... they just want money... but it is simple... just for humanity... you can not leave someone to sleep in the street when you already know that the client already paid!... Awful experience to be the first time in Portugal... take care of you people!... beacuse if you are in trouble... they just dont care...and obviously...they don't give your...

Needs some renovation and check-in is awful: The host doesn't provide you any guidance on a special check-in process, so you would assume he will be at the place. At the day of arrival, she suddenly writes that she won't be at the place so needs to know expected arrival time. I said that we will be there from 2pm to 3pm. The worst experience travelling ever, consider no to stay here if you arrive at 10 pm, nobody were in the place to make the check in, so the resposable of the place didn't want to help us. We had paid two nights and she didn't allowed us to come for the second night, we had to pay a really expensive hotel in the last minute in the night. Definitely not...
