We have ordered two pizzas, and some beers. Beers were brought right away but then we waited for over 90 minutes, during that time staff has not even looked at us - I wanted to order more beers, but had no chance.
When I was seen and could ask where is the problem, we were fooled that there is some contemporary problem in the kitchen, while all the other tables were served without problems, also having pizzas... Suddenly second waiter showed up to remind our order... "Everything is fine, we have your order registered... but can you repeat what was it?" LOL.
Obviously they forgot our order which would be perfectly fine if we were told so, instead we were told that it is already in progress and the manager allegedly promised to deliver our pizzas within 7 minutes, since that we waited another half an hour. When I wanted to pay for beers and leave, manager was surprised and had no idea about our situation, then I have no idea why she promised that 7 minutes... it was just another lie from the waiter.
After that they started to solve it publicly at the cashier zone, it was none of my business and I was already starving so wanted to go eat somewhere else and left the place.
Summary - it is okay to admit that you forget or something has happened, there were so many people at the same time that I would understand that and waited but if you fool your customers it is unacceptable and make it only worse. I will not comment the waiting for 90 minutes without a chance to order second beer, I was waving at the waiter but he was ghosting me :-D I believe this was a sporadic situation but cannot give you another review than this. We were the first to arrive, but for some unknown reason the hostess took us to sit at the table third, which increased our waiting time in the full sun.
