The room is spacious and good place, but i think it would be better if the main door of the room is sound proof to have a privacy. When we booked to this hotel the one on duty is very accommodating and also the one who assist us to carry our stuffs inside our room. While celebrating the new year we invited some visitors, maybe we exceed the limit that is why the supervisor came to us and he invited us to the reception to talk to the room division manager named, Mr. Kumar. He said that "IF YOU WILL NOT SEND OUT YOUR VISITORS, I WILL CALL THE POLICE" We are surprised from what he said. One of my friend asked him if he can show to us the policy of their hotel to prove that they have a limited number of visitors to accept, but he answered us "I DON'T NEED TO SHOW YOU OUR POLICY". From what he said, I think he is very rude and very impolite person. we even told him to give us small consideration because it is new year.
Other hotels they are even posting their policy to the guest so that guest will be aware of the policy, but this Mr. Kumar is hiding it from us. i told him that if i knew that they are not accepting more visitors i will not book to this hotel, but he again told me that "NEXT TIME DON'T BOOK HERE AGAIN!" instead of explaining to us in a nice way he is trying threatening us. I am really wondering how he became a manager from the way he is dealing with the guests. i never expect it will happened to us.
I post this comment so that people will be aware from what I experienced from this hotel. This is the first hotel who treat us in a...
Read moreI’ve stayed at this place for some time now. Usually courteous reception staff &/- manager. Unfortunately, a few recurrent /persistent things here &/- there, are really annoying. The most unbelievable of them, is finding the door to my room, open, on more than one occasion. And that’s despite the manager promising, that cleaning staff would systematically verify, that the doors are indeed /properly closed behind them after they leave the rooms. Initially, it was an issue with door alignment /friction that prevented the doors from returning automatically to their fully-closed position. More recently, cleaning staff left the door lock in its locked position, so it wouldn’t close automatically. Only problem, they forget to return it to its unlocked position after servicing the room. Therefore the door stayed open /did not return to its fully closed position. This security concern, and the possibility of theft by other people who’d notice the door was left open, is very unsettling. Not sure why the cleaning staff would even have to block the door from closing, in such a fashion. Think twice before staying at...
Read moreI was there for a 2 week stay in a one bedroom serviced apartment...First they gave me room 804 which had a horrible strong stench emanating from it. I couldn't even stand in there for a few minutes. I complained to the front desk and after waiting for 30mins they gave me a different room.|| ||Now, the rooms in the second apartment were dusty and i haven't been able to stop sneezing (dust allergies). I even had to use my emergency epipen.|| ||Additionally, the washing machine didn't work. ||Also, they had 2 coffee machines but no coffee and tea bags but no kettle.||When I opened the microwave to heat some water, it had a robust burnt smell, which didn't go even after the housekeeping person cleaned it with chemicals. He even tried spraying air freshener inside. I don't think I could use anything from the kitchen as they think spray air freshener means it's clean.||Further all cooking vessels have stains and smells. EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC. I can't even warm some water for tea.||||Edit: The staff however is very helpful and they did give me a clean kettle to warm water in after a couple...
