It was our second visit we didn't mind the expensive price for our 2 kids for just an hour we were about to leave when it almost reached the end of the hour but we decided to order food in their restaurant while waiting for the food the kids wanted to play i went inside with them mind you it was empty and end of the day someone came and asked us out it was embarrassing and rude we did leave the completely empty play area and waited for our food in front of the play area you can imagine the kids reaction I promised them this will be the last visit to this type of chain Advise don't treat parents and kids in a industrial way its obvious you are only after the money if you want good business be considerate...

The did allow my child to play in the sand area, the cleaner came and told me that there was a sign, i told her that there is no sign she told me it fell. Then she went away and sent a very rude disrespectful employee who was shouting and i told him i will not remove my child i he doesn’t speak politely and i asked hime to call his manger, then he said the manger is not here today. Then he called her theough the phone and told me to leave with a partial refund (like for 5 min) i refused and told him u wither offer a full refund because your staff kept distributing me all the time or i will not leave. “Yesterday, Saturday, we were at Curiosity in Al-qate Mall. When my child and I were about to leave at around 8:50 PM, we found the brown wooden door locked with a chain. I stood there calling out for about 5 minutes or more to the woman in charge (she was a woman wearing glasses with short red hair), asking her to open the door for us, but she was completely absorbed with her phone! A woman who was there eating with her children helped me and told her housemaid to go inform the woman glued to her phone that there were people trying to exit the play area.
