Amaaaaaaazing place. I come to Qatar every month and have always been on the look out for an amazing breakfast place (my favorite meal of the day)... Twisted Olive is - BY FAR - my favorite breakfast spot so far. I can imagine their lunch and dinner here would also be amazing. The atmosphere is great... You're surrounded by so much greenery you can't help but feel at peace. The food was excellent... So was the coffee... Yum! I also have to give a special shout out to our server Nou Nou... She was very attentive, always close by, quick to respond, and had a great sense of humor and positive attitude. Good job, Twisted Olive. Open a branch in Jordan next... Update - February 25, 2024 Came back again. Once again, impressed with the food. I ordered the Avo toast and power pancakes. Both were great, but I need to learn to stop eating while I'm ahead to avoid having to unbotton my jeans 😂. Our server this time (Wilma) was also awesome. She just started a month ago and is so on top of her job. Way to go!

Update 2: After many visits, this is one of my favorite places in the whole country. Nice, polite servers, flavorful fresh food and good strong coffee and ice tea. Prices seem to have gone up for some items, other items are way over-priced (a salad for 77 QR is an over-kill). Some items are more expensive than the most expensive 5-star hotels. I really hope they review that. Parking is a hassle though :/ Update: Now the weather is better, I tried the outdoor seating. Very nice atmosphere and you really feel you are in a garden. The espresso creme brûlée was superb but served hot. The water is super expensive. This is the first time that I give 5 stars to any place in Qatar! Everything we ate was very fresh and flavorful. The service is very quick and the waiters are polite. The place itself is very calming, refreshing and sunny. Very comfy seats too. The prices are fair given the quality and service. The portions are very reasonable. I really hope they keep-up this level!

I would go again. My husband and I went there for our anniversary breakfast and we Loved the food and ambiance. It was really difficult to pick what I wanted because everything on the menu looked really good. I took a star out because our meals didn’t come together, I was practically done with my meal when our waitress noticed and brought my husband his. I ordered the Croissant BLT, taste was great but would have loved a slightly bigger portion. My husband’s butter fried chicken and french toast on the other hand was very filling and also tasted amazing. I’d give both meals a 9/10. Side note; you might encounter a couple of stray cats and some interesting looking birds when you sit outside so if that’s not your thing you can just sit inside.

Went with my wife to have breakfast and we enjoyed it very much We took a bit of time deciding where to sit as there were a few options and lots of available space both inside and out. The waiters were patient whilst we selected a seat we were happy with, and collected our order afterwards (we felt a little rushed when placing the order) Food didn't arrive at the same time so that resulted in the 4-star rating as my wife was almost finished with her meal before mine arrived. Portion of buttermilk chicken french toast(my order) was a lot and very tasty and satisfying, BLT(wife's order) was a bit small and finished quickly but also tasted very good. All in all a very good experience, great ambiance and delicious food!

I've actually been here a few times and it's always been very, very good. This last time, I introduced my husband to the restaurant. The food and service did not disappoint. We had the big breakfast and the "in your face" chicken burger. The food was just awesome. I've also had the piadina in the past, which is lovely, and their coffees are great as well. The only little hiccup... Some pretty unprofessional dialogue went on between staff when we were there. We were seated right next to the kitchen door, which is no big deal, but if you're gonna get mad at each other about something, take the argument into the kitchen. We'd have sat outside, because it's beautiful, but it was just too hot this time of year.
