Yesterday I Visited at Cotticofee, west bay branch, around 11 PM and ordered a Sea Salt Caramel Latte. However, when I took a sip, it tasted like a regular coffee with no caramel flavor. I pointed this out to the staff, and they added the syrup, which fixed the issue.
