Today we had lunch from Rotana Qatar – Bin Mahmood branch, and it was truly a memorable experience. The highlight of our meal was the Fish BBQ, which was simply mesmerizing in taste – fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. What made it even more special were their signature sauces, especially the garlic sauce and peri peri chili sauce, which added an amazing kick and unique touch to the dish.
The restaurant atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it an excellent spot for families, kids, or even business meetings. It strikes the right balance between comfort and elegance, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and relaxed.
The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm and professional service. They were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was served with care. The quality of food here is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable considering the freshness, taste, and portion sizes.
I sincerely wish Rotana Qatar continued success in the future. May they serve millions of customers across the world with their delicious, hygienic food that fills not just the stomach but also the heart with love. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and a pleasant...
Read moreWe had a lovely dining experience at Rotana Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Anjana made us feel very welcome. Her service was excellent from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and professional. We ordered Nilagang Baka, Chicken Sisig, Calamares, rice, and a Chocolate Sundae. The Nilagang Baka was absolutely delicious and comforting — definitely the highlight of our meal. The Chocolate Sundae was a sweet treat to end the meal on a high note. The Chicken Sisig was flavorful, but we felt it would have been better if served on a sizzling plate to enhance the presentation and taste. The Calamares, while still enjoyable, didn’t quite match the taste we remembered from previous visits. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciated the warm service from Ms. Anjana. We will definitely come back — especially...
Read moreI recently visited Rotana with two friends and had a very disappointing experience. We initially chose to sit on the first floor, but were promptly asked to return to the ground floor because, according to the staff, the first floor is only for "families" (which apparently means any group including a female). This policy felt incredibly sexist and discriminatory.
The ground floor was far from comfortable—it was loud, too warm, and overly busy. To make matters worse, there was a foul food smell lingering in the area, which really put us off. We’ve never been refused seating in a preferred area at their other branches, so this was particularly surprising and disappointing.
Given the uncomfortable atmosphere, poor hygiene, and discriminatory treatment, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. I would not recommend this branch of...
