Our experience at Adagio Qatar has been superb so far ... Reception ensured a seamless checkin. I might have gone wrong in understanding the family breakfast for the child, I paid the extra but the Indian receptionist was great. The staff at housekeeping and linen room are simply fantastic. 👌 Bhasker and Asif were good and particularly looked emaculate and take care of the guest needs and cleanliness is great. The linen room and housekeeping manager were kind enough to get my laundry back intact eventhough initially I encountered a stain issue as melted wax got stuck from the iron.. Now that's really customer service. It is a favourite shirt of mine.i am so grateful for the linen staff to deliver it with a 😃 smile.Well, nevertheless the reception staff and bell desk staff are kind and it doesn't feel you are alienated and instead really feel home. Pool is manned by a cheerful guard and overall, the staff (Angel) at the Charlie's corner made my kids feel better. I know my kids are naughty and sometimes noisy. Well done to the entire team and so far 👏 I must say nice one. All equipments worked so far.I bought a hdmi cable to C-type connector as TVs are not very smart. Being a hotelier and being in hospitality industry for last 24 years and being a manager myself I can say... this is what it needs to make a hotel very active and engaged with guests. Read moreI am writing to share my experience with Adagio hotel where i stayed for 2 nights. I mistakenly forgot my shaving machine. When i came back to collect it after few days. I had the worst and rudest experience with the hotel receptionist named Mr. Ahmed after explaining to him that i am here to because i forgot my shaving machine which i already contacted the reception regarding and told me it was found. He asked me for the details again which I gladly shared. I was asked to sit and wait. After 15 minutes of waiting came back to ask what happened. I was shocked to be asked again for the information. Which meant i sat for 15 minutes and nothing was done by Mr. Ahmed i decided to be quiet he bigger man and share the information again. Then proceeded to wait for another 40 minutes before i cam back again. Where still my shaving machine was not brought from the Lost and found. This where i started asking more questions which Mr. Ahmed didn’t like. And started replying in a very rude manner. Where he went on telling me after waiting for almost an hour. That lost and found supervisor is not available. And if i wanted to complain to his manager i can. And the way he spoke to me as if he didn’t care or was bothered. I just hope in the future management will have more competent people at the reception. As my stay at the hotel was great if it wasn’t for that experience...

The tv had YouTube app but did not work when I called no one came second time I called to enquire engineer came then he said IT will come no one turned up again I called again then he said sir YouTube is not there on TV he said sir that means YOU ARE LUCKY mind you TV remote has dedicated button for YouTube and Netflix. Then I asked technician to fix my fire tv only.
Master bathroom shower gel pump was not working, service is very slow, living room carpet is so dirty, no soap bar in powder room nor liquid dispenser and towel or tissue box , master bedroom telephone not working master bathroom sink crack bedside lamp is somehow hanging In one room so much I feel I was given room which was not for sale regularly as room got ready in 20-30 minutes max just put this room in inventory to sale as I waiting for the room as I arrived before check in time I was also told they only have 6 two bedrooms only in my series rooms all have same view I was...
