Le Park Hotel — Hotel in Doha

I rented a room for a party on Friday 6/9/2019 , it was the worst treatment ever. The negatives in the room:

1- the air conditioning is bad , its very hot inside.

2- the decorations are not as we asked, they were something that they have it before and she doesn’t take our opinion and she decorated the room before half an hour of the party !

3-The hospitality was very bad and no one help us ever !

4- We asked them to bring a security lady to take all phones from the ladies before they go inside the room , but i was shocked and surprised that all ladies inside the room they all had their phones!

5-We asked them to distribute water and cola, but they gave us water and cola and it was never cold! It is shameful to us with our friends and family really!!

6- Also, We agreed that the full price of the party is 2300QR and its includes the decoration, dishes, spoons and forks, and 100 bottles of cola and 100 bottles of water and a security lady to take the phones , and we have to put down a deposit for them before the date of the party and its 1000 QR .. and the 1300 QR we pay it when the party ends , but at the end of the party she gave us a bill with 1600 QR and said that you requested 50 cans of water and cola! I showed her the correct bill in my phone( I captured the bill) and I said that we have the right to take 100 cans of water and Cola as the deal ! and then she gave us the correct bill ! That’s very bad work its like she want to lie to us and swindle on us !!!

7- Finally, the most thing bothered me the there were very limited parking and there are no parking enough and no one helps us they should make a service in VALET PARKING The security in the door i said to him that : ( I am the ( bride )and I must enter quickly can you please take my car?) he told me that : that’s not his problem and he doesn’t know how to drive the car! i was very annoyed ! so what is his job !?? to watch the street only!?? I had to parking far away from the hotel and I walk with the makeup on my face and my hairstyle with hot weather and humidity for a long distance, what's a shame to treatment the bride and our family and friends like this!

There is no responsibility and no organization at all ... I didn’t expect that ever , really I’m upset it will be the last deal with them and of course i wouldn't recommend them ever 👎🏻👎🏻

We usually always booked at le park hotel but just yesterday Feb.15,2024, in the booking it's not said that parties are not allowed already so we booked for my birthday and celebrate it there, once I go for check in the reception tell me that parties not allowed already and if you reached 5 guest/visitors you need to pay additional of 150qr or another option will give you connecting room and pay additional 200qr, meaning we have 2 rooms to used because I have more visitors to come. When my visitors arriving they start counting the list until I reach 5 visitors they ask and always call that I should pay extra for additional visitors coming for 150qr. It's my first time knowing about this new rules that's i should pay when have visitors coming but knowing they will not stay in our rooms only to eat and chat and bond then going home. So it's so confusing why we need to pay extra for having more than 5 visitors and give limited visitors. After end of the day of staying I was waiting for the receptionist to ask about our extra payment but when we check out there was no extra bill need to pay and knowing already have another staff duty and not the one always calling for us and ask for extra payment for having more than 5 visitors. End up I will not booked here anymore though we love the place but this kind of experience will never be tolerated. Keep an eye of those...

Very dirty hotel and not secure, today at 3:50 am someone kept knocking on the door asking for his friend if he is in my guests room, we called the receptionist to complain and to check who's knocking we got the simple answer there's no security staff at night they will be available at 8 am and they will check the cameras , we asked to talk to the manager the answer was we have to wait or call at 10 am as he starts his duty, after long discussion we left le park à secure and clean hotel and we called the manager after several times he answered the call and his reply about our complains was I can't help you or do anything that will happen everywhere and about the cleanliness the reply was this our hotel and when I told him that we will put our complain on social media and hotels reservations websites and we will inform the municipality and and the police. Simply he said do whatever you want I don't care For me and as per my guests feed back we strongly don't recommend this...
