For the Summarized version, Not recommended for Long-stays, never place a deposit because they will try to swindle it in the most cunning ways, the hotel is less than 4 star for sure. We’ve been in Qatar for 2 years and we always resided in hotels, we fell down on “Central Inn Hotel Apartment” for a month and faced an unfavorable hotel experience (Worst in Qatar till date) and I think the top management should be more aware of how their teams are operating and the low level of communication on the ground. Initially, we agreed to be checking in on 1rst of the month to avoid any extra expenses (contract available from 1rst to 31rst) however we requested to move a day or two before since we have a lot of stuff, when checking-in they requested a huge security deposit on which we bargained to make it lower because of a “what if intuition” which turned out to be the right thing to do since they only refunded 10% having the place totally spotless as handed to us, stating that they will use the highest hotel rate since we moved 2 days before(although it was agreed and adding the third last day of checking out) which seems justified but not agreed upon with the hotel's scammer sales representative (Mansouri) who made us face all these, also remembered 2-3 days before the month end that he wanted to increase the price and made us wait till end of month to provide us with an answer which forced us to search for other options and we easily found better locations. What to expect in the hotel: Loud noises between 10 pm and 3 am which hinders your sleep. Slow response from the housekeeping team upon calling the Reception up to 3 hours. Low AC flow due to bad maintenance from weird buzzing sounds to thick dusty air vents. Low Quality of Ironing machine, check all the appliances before. 0 privacy due to sounds from neighboring rooms 0 privacy due to the rooms facing your view. We know this review might not get to their management but at least it will give future residents a glimpse on what to expect and how to deal with them. Goodluck...
Read moreWe had high hopes for this hotel but it was shattered immediately.It is hard to believe that this hotel is rated 5 stars, coz we would rate it 1star. When we walked into our room it looked alright and we were welcomed by flies. Yes, our room had flies in it and on top of that the floors were really dusty and dusty almost as if it it wasn’t cleaned.The bathroom stank because of the drainage and it remained that way through our stay. We thought we would have a nice time at the pool so we decided to head over there. And honestly the pool was fine and all but there were absolutely no towels, no towels anywhere. And then the time for us to checkout came and like other hotels we waited in the reception for a while but later they said that because the baby vomited on the bedsheet, we were gonna have to pay them 120Qr because their bedsheets were some different type of linen that couldn’t be washed normally. This sounded very stupid because the stain itself wasn’t that big and it had been wiped and what type of high quality linen is that they use that can’t be cleaned normally?Even if it was high quality, it didn’t feel like it, they made us stay there for a while but we complained and said we’d like to speak to the housekeeping manager. The housekeeping manager behaved quite inappropriately towards us and acted irrationally and the staff at the reception were murmuring about us. After that they accused us of stealing 2 of their bowls and this literally insulted us. And we asked them to check our bags and then they said that the bowls weren’t missing.We didn’t steal the bowls but we did clean the bowls after cooking. We have stayed in many different hotels all over the world but never have we ever seen something this horrible. The staffs were insulting, the room was dirty. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t book here. Please waste your money elsewhere instead of this miserable place. I would give this place 0 stars but sadly I can’t so I’m giving this this...

We have been staying in this hotel for more than ten months,where you can’t spend a whole day without inconvenience and loud noises from the early morning, the cleaning of the high-sound electricity vacuum cleaner, and if you decide to call the reception you won’t gain anything but smiles and apologies only. For more than a month and on a daily basis, except on Friday, there is repair work, and constructions, where the sound of the electric drill and the terrocution, makes you unable to sleep for even 30 minutes ranging from 9 am and ends at 6 pm, and there is no manager who is hardly able to serve you, only a supposed manager named Nargiss, and God Almighty, there is only an apology without any action, there are a lot of problems starting from the gym, water machine most of the time out of service ; the roof covering the garden area when the rains commences they will close it , subsequently no light, no sun reaching the apartments while closing it and you’ll not be able to know you are at the day time or night time in your apartment and the lighting must be ON all the time,,,SO no pure calm.
To whom it may concern, If you have daily repair work that lasts for a period of more than two months, you must close the hotel and do all procedures to ensure the calmness and convenience of the most important corner of the stay, which is calm and comfortable sleep.
