A Month of Frustration: Avoid This Hotel

Staying at this hotel for a month turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience. The hotel is outdated, with serious issues that disrupt any sense of comfort. The plumbing system is dysfunctional; water constantly backed up in the sink, and the air conditioning leaked, creating a damp and uncomfortable environment. There was no WiFi in the room, and appliances like the washing machine, fridge, and TV were old and barely operational.

The cleanliness standards were shockingly low. The windows were filthy, covered with dust and bird droppings, and were impossible to open.

Despite advertising amenities like a gym, billiards, and meeting rooms, none of these were available. The claims made by the hotel are simply untrue, and guests are left with unmet expectations and deep disappointment.

The staff service was particularly poor. The receptionists were unprofessional, showing little respect or courtesy to guests. While they were lenient during check-in, they failed to assist with even the simplest of requests afterward. Their lack of professionalism was evident throughout my stay.

Moreover, the hotel provided amenities like a locker, hair dryer, and coffee kettle, but none of them were functional. They also pressured me into signing a contract without proper time to review it, later demanding additional fees based on hidden policies that were not initially disclosed.

Earlier that day, I had called the hotel in advance to confirm room availability and update my arrival timing. I was assured over the phone that a room would be available upon my arrival and that I could come directly without any issues.

However, upon reaching the hotel, I was met with an entirely different experience. The receptionist on duty informed me that no rooms were available, despite my prior confirmation. Not only was I denied a room, but the staff member also spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. As a regular customer of your hotel, I found this treatment deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
