Swagath Restaurant — Restaurant in Doha

The food is good which is why I give one star, however now the restaurant service is disgusting- I dont know if the management has changed or what ever the HELL is going on in there - we did not get food for 1HOUR15MINS. The service is pathetic- and the worst part is that the staff is hardly apologetic about anything. Funny part is every 10-15mins the fire alarm keeps ringing as if they want people to leave from the restaurant. I want to give 0 star for restaurant service but if you want a taste of there food opt for home delivery and order during breakfast hours to get food by lunch time =))...

Worst experience ever. Ordered through Zomato and order was due in 60 mins. However delivered2 hour 50mins later (almost 3 hours) inspite of clear delivery instructions and address mentioned on Zomato. Coming to the food. It was below average forget great. Butter chicken was super salty. Stuffed kulcha was sweet. Aaloo paratha was stuffed with raw masalas making it feel uncooked. It was a total disappointment. Visited Swagath Restaurant this morning and ordered for breakfast. This was the worst meal I have had at Swagath yet. The quality of the food has drastically deteriorated since the last three years. Even the quality of service is extremely poor. It took them over 30 mins to serve breakfast even though there was not a single diner there. I wonder how long it would take them to serve a meal if the restaurant is busy.

Very disappointing. Will never vist or order a meal from Swagath Restaurant again. I would give a minus score it it...
