We spent 3 nights here in two of the rooms and everything was very comfortable, clean and Lucinda sorted an issue with a beeping in the hallway which kept a couple of us awake without a problem despite it being very late at night so I would say the service also was excellent. ||One of the girls really appreciated the 'Japanese' style bidet toilet in the modern bathrooms and the bathroom kits. The shower in one of the rooms was a bit leaky and soaked the floor so we had to put a towel down and have the towels changed every day because of this.||The FOC water being provided is a nice touch and there were tea and coffee machine facilities. ||There were three of us in one of the rooms and did find that there could be more counter/storage space, especially on the mezzanine level as the any furniture up there is the bed and needed side tables or a bench almost, however it didn't affect our holiday much at all.||The location right outside of the hotel doesn't look so appealing however it's right in the old town and so very close to all of the restaurants, bars, sightseeing.||We took an Uber to Therme Spa and there was an accident so took over 1 hr and cost around £40 but getting back from the spa and in to Bucharest from the airport and back out to the airport was much better and cost around £20-£25 each way.||We used the luggage room on the last day as our flights out of Bucharest were around 10pm and there was plenty of space and it was very secure.||The hotel is a great base while in Bucharest and I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel...
Read moreGood location but we faced an issue with the staff. Although we have been informed that nobody will enter our rooms for 3 days (hotel policy),in our absence the Filipino house woman entered the room and took an engagement ring from the bathroom counter. She turned very aggressive, the receptionist covered for her,so eventually police was involved. A good hotel and a good location, but keep in mind that the Filipino lady was not fired, she is still working at the hotel so...
