Hotel Elizeu — Hotel in Bucharest

We stayed in this hotel between 18th of Sep till 24th Of Sep , 2018. And it was horrible. The room, the floor, the WC, the bed all was dirty. The room was very hot and the air conditioning was a joke, and we slept with the window open and almost died of heat.||Air-conditioned was out of gas so no cold air also the blindfolds fell off when we tried to open the window. If you leave the window open for fresh air then you cant sleep as next door dogs weak you up any time in nights and early mornings. Smelling toilet. We came for 3 stars but it can be hostel not hotel. The breakfast was poor and there was nobody on the restaurant to ask some thing. If you want to travel somewhere the location is perfect. 500 meters away the is kaufland and Carrefour market. I saw 2 people on different days on the reception. The woman who was on the desk doesn’t know any thing, but the man who was in the reception was helpful. During 6 days no body came for cleaning the room and they change the towels. Only on request. They put one toilet paper.||If you are thinking to go this hotel change your mind and try to find another hotel. it was close to the railway station, but otherwise. Only a mouse would be glad to stay in this hotel! I don’t know if we were unlucky or they tried to show us the worst room ever, but we paid more money than they showed on the site. The carpet had holes in it all over the place, you couldn’t close the door properly, there were signs of forced entry, the bathroom doorknob fell into our hands, The bathroom had mild in the bathtub, the towels, you weren’t sure if they were clean or not, the bed sheets looked washed, but if you looked closely they had stains (urine probably) on them and with holes in them. Manger Or Person who was responsible for services was very y rude he told us to leave the hotel and when I asked for refund he said speak to your travel agent I am not responsible for anything. I am very sorry for this review but it's impossible not to say that this hotel was a big disappointment. |I would not recommend it even to my enemies!|Unfortunately we had a very bad choice. |The most important is that it's so very dirty. |Everything was in dirt. |The walls were black, the bed's duvets were stinking the bathroom bin had stinks on (probably from ... you know what). We've also found some small cockroaches in the bathroom's floor!|The furniture were almost broken, the doors the same. |Very small and uncomfortable for a four people family as we were. |I was worried about my kids. They felt very uncomfortable. ||No hot water to make a bath. |I asked the reception to fix the water. They answered to me politely but they didn't make anything. ||The air condition was out of order||Strong smell of damp in bathroom and the room ||I asked for one more pillow case but the girl in the reception didn't know an English word!!!||There were only two speaking English. The guy was more polite. ||The breakfast is modest but not bad. ||It's very near to the train station and to metro station. ||This is not a hotel but a cheap hostel. It was very expensive for it's value and it should put one star, not three....

The only reasons I stayed here are:

1. 3/4 minutes to the train station
2. I could pay with travelling coupons

Would I come here otherwise? NO

The rooms seam clean but they smell bad and the toilet makes a horible noise every 1 2 minutes wich makes it very hard to sleep even with earplugs on. The soap in the bathroom has a very interesting color - I was not curious to check if any further than by looking at it.

Only in some rooms, if you open the window fully you can jump on the balcony -if you leave it open other guest might jump in your room.

The lock of the room works very suspiciously, to enter the room you only put a tiny bit of the key in and then twist and for the other side it only locks with a magick spell.

There is a mini bar at the reception.

This hotel has a lift which is great, probably the only great thing about it other than being close to the train station.

If you just need a place for the night or for a few hours I assume it's not so bad but I am sure there are better places in the area for less money, or at least for a...
