Great place if you lucky to get a room with the view to the garden, otherwise very noisy from the road and big trucks from the national road. All in all tolerable till you have to deal with the service and the employees here.... Jeeezee...terrible experience!!!!feels like I'm accommodated at a hostel, tho paying for service and room service that never happens...im here since a week... They never came to check the rooms... Change sheets... Rubbish.... Food is horrendous... Most cheap and unhealthy products for a breakfast.... I don't normally like to nag.... But here with every day things slip off more in a bad way..... Great place with the most horrible and unprofessional stuff and service!!!!

If that's your reply...... That says it all!!! And the things point out are false as well!!! Professionalism is there when you know to deal with criticism and complains, deal with and improve accordingly! And not offending the clients!! All in all this is my honest experience...

Am ales acest hotel pentru că a fost singurul care a acceptat plata in avans, dar și pentru că din descriere și recenzii, totul părea minunat. Din păcate, acest hotel este mai mult un motel cu aere de 4 stele, și imi pare rau că am observat atâtea minusuri. Pentru tariful perceput pe cameră, gazdele oferă cameră pentru odihnă. Atât consideră proprietarii că trb. să dea la schimb. Terasa este un loc de trecere în drum spre camere, fără nimic plăcut și atrăgător care să te facă să stai cu plăcere mai mult timp. Spatiul verde este cel mai simplist loc care poate fi văzut, fără mese, flori imbietoare. Locul de servire a mesei este un beci igienizat in care se aduce doar mic-dejun, cu alimente comune si ieftine. Meniul care se găsește in fiecare cameră este făcut doar in scop comercial, nimic din ce scrie acolo neputând fi servit in incinta clădirii. Răspunsul recepționerului este tânguitor, scuzandu-se pentru absența bucătăresei. In realitate, nu există, ținând cont de servirea micului dejun chiar de receptioner! Același receptioner pleacă din receptie să ducă bagajele turiștilor in camere, același receptioner este și barman pe terasă, același receptioner ascultă cu sunetul la maxim ceva interesant ptr. el pe telefon. Serviciile de masă și servire sunt foarte stricte la un hotel de 4 stele, iar aici nu sunt deloc indeplinite, iar recetionerul comunică celor cazați că vor servi mic-dejun de tip siedez doar dacă sunt peste 8 pers. la masă, altfel se aduce in meniu fix cu mezeluri și cașcaval feliate, ou prăjit,câteva măsline, unt+gem și pâine. Camera a fost acceptabilă, aer conditionat ok, patul ok (mai puțin husa cauciucată de protecție a saltelei, care scotea sunete deranjante și a trb. scoasă efectiv). Cel mai bine se vorbi despre baie, cu apa caldă permanent și robineții in stil vintage. Ar fi fost utile cateva suporturi in plus pentru haine. In concluzie, nu recomand acest hotel pentru un sejur. Cel mult pentru o noapte, in caz că nu găsiți altceva. Hotel Coroana, la doi pași mai in față, oferă la un tarif mai mic servicii de restaurant complete și piscină interioară cu o superbă terasă si grădină. De asemenea, recepția și interiorul sunt făcute cu mult bun gust și atrag turiștii natural prin eleganța interioară. Acolo am servit masa și am fost impresionați de diferențele de preț și servicii oferite ale celor două hoteluri...

Worst interaction at Reception. Coming from a long way, after calling 2 times to confirm rates and rooms, the Receptionist decided to have a hotel policy, not to allow a 6 years old litle girl to sleep in same bed with parenta. He suggested an extra room and one of the parent to sleep with her…. When explained by us that she sleeps with us all the times he suggested to go somewhere else and our attitude was wrong. Evening time, kicked us out no solution. The guy DECIDED for the hotel and company that we should not stay there. Never happened in my life. Rooms looked nice, but this Receptionist is teally not an asset for the business. Fortunately, we found a place, with better location, better price and...
