Pension Pantheon — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

For a long period of time I was addicted to Poiana Brasov, but during the last 20 years, I don't know why, I ignored this blessed place. 3 weeks ago, due to an unexpected event I was in the position to find a place where to spend the last 6 days of our holiday and being very close and searching on Internet we found Pensiunea Pantheon. It was a real pleasure from the very beginig. The hosts were very nice giving us all necessary details in order to spend a pleasant time there.||Room was perfect with everything you need to fell confortable, TV, mini-bar and very good quality wifi. Pensiunea offers only breakfast which is very, very good but is important to notice that the building is almost next to Sura Dacilor restaurant, 5 munutes to Vanatorul restaurant and many other restaurants.||To summarize, if you want to spent a nice holiday in a quiet place with very good acomodation conditions and affordable costs, choose without hesitation...

I went there twice (2022 and 2023) with groups of friends. Both times we did not have where to stay as a group, since they close the spacious living room and the kitchen after 9pm. First time they said they do this because of covid restrictions. Second time, covid was gone, living room door was still closed. We kindly asked the owner to let us stay in the living room in the evening, as we were a group of 10 people and there wasn’t much to do outside. Again we were refused, so we had to sit on the floor on the second floor hallway (like people do at teenagers hostels) because there were no other common areas to accomodate us as a group. Of course this disturbed other guests who went to sleep.|Around 120€/night is a high price given the abovementioned restrictions and the villa’s basic facilities overall. I will not chose this...

The open area with the chimney was closing at 22:00 every day, leaving you with no option to do after that time in their hotel. 3rd night they had a private event that went after midnight without any problem, with music and party. Next morning, breakfast area was "decorated" with after party decoration. I felt mistreated as a client by this. The door of the room had 3 mm gap, practically being only a visual barrier to neighbors eye, but offering absolutely no acoustic insulation from the corridor noise. Tap sink in the bathroom needs to be repaired or changed. Road to the villa has no asphalt, might be muddy in a rainy day.||Positive: polite and...
