Traveland Boutique Resort Poiana Brasov — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Hi, I want to share my experience with that hotel. ||Well it's not a good story from the start.||Sadly I found it on Booking during my business visit to Brasov. Almost all info (pictures of apartments) what they provide on Booking need to be rechecked, coz it does not correspond to reality... I booked one type of apartment & got another one, due to their mistakes, lies. They don't show you apartment - first you have to pay for it on reception & only after that you can see what you payed for - it's unbelievable. ||The rules on Booking listing saying that they have silient hours starting from 8.00PM in the eve. But in reality you can hear music, voices on their territory till the morning 3.00AM. The walls of those houses are too thin & you can hear everything around. || ||What I can say about apartment - it's called: Upper floor Economy Apartment (3 adults + 1 child), without kitchenette (from €49 /night) - info from their official site, but in real I payed for it (54 euro/night), but that was another story.|| Pictures of that apartment from Official site & Booking listing are hiding all those problems what they have inside & doesn't reflect a real current condition state of all things inside apartment.|| The bed .... is so funny - it has 3 levels: First one is the real bed, on top of it, there is mattress (very old & not comfortable) and on top of it, there is mattress topper, which is also very old & not comfortable. What I can say due to my sleeping experience on that monster ? It's not one of those places where you will sleep like in havean. ||||Maybe it's suites for people who doesn't care about any kind of comfort, but not for me. I just wanted to spend one night in mountains in good wooden house - instead of that, I got very very bad experience - didn't got apartment which I booked, not slept well, noise outside till 3AM, almost all things inside apartment (except TV) are very old & in bad condintion - like in grandma's house in...

We arrived late at night and the reception was helpful to show us to our rooms. The location is brilliant especially that our intention was skiing. It is close to the slopes, skiing school R&J and close to bars and restaurants. The design of the residence is great too. It’s like a mini village surrounding a play area and a bbq area. Inside the apartments though requires some attention and amendments. The carpet has a lot of stains. Heating wasn’t a problem apart from the fact that the boiler has a lot of wires visible from underneath. This is not safe especially if you have children. We were provided with some towels which were stained either from rust or blood. After two days we asked for a replacement as the room wasn’t cleaned the previous day. The bathroom wasn’t clean, apart from the fact that the “shower” was broken and after having a shower water started to leak. The bedroom was ok, but again needs attention. The sheets had stains and holes and weren’t fit for a double bed. The left electrical socket didn’t work too, so we couldn’t charge our mobiles at night. On top of the headboard was full of dust.||To sum up: location is brilliant, accommodation has great potential but requires some serious cleanliness and maintenance.||I hope that this doesn’t fall in deaf ears cause it seems that other visitors too had similar thoughts, not withstanding the fact that we paid 100...
