The Premiere is a 10 minute walk from the main train station on a busy main road next to a number of larger chain hotels. It is 30% cheaper than the competition but you soon see why.||||The location is fair, next to loads of restaurants and bars on one of the main roads running through the city. Traffic noise is a problem at night and in the early morning, as are the shouts from late night revellers.||||There is a keypad security entrance door and then the first problem appears...two flights of steep, stone steps to the reception, no lift. Do not book if you are elderly or infirm. Reception is gained through another security door giving the feeling of a prison visit. Once inside, the decor is what I would describe as 'attempted boutique'. There are lots of dark red curtains and sunken lights but combined with cheap, dull furniture.||||Check in was pleasant enough, I got a girl on her first day at the hotel and she was helpful and polite. The room (number 3) was big with a high ceiling, a little desk area and two armchairs. Good, fast wifi and tall windows allowing in lots of light. The bed was OK and I had two reasonable nights sleep notwithstanding the noise from outside.||||Breakfast was average, poor choice and the coffee machine broke as I tried to use it. The second morning was better as the receptionist offered to cook me an omelette!||||The main tourist attractions are a good 25 minute walk away but there are tourist buses stopping just outside the door.||||Overall, not bad but there are better close by for a...

This is place is a good value in a good location. It is not for everyone, but we enjoyed it. The staff was attentive and helpful. If you buy a metro/bus pass, you can get around quickly. The morning breakfast were good. We had eggs or omelettes every morning. It is on one largest streets through Saint Petersburg, and the street noise might be too much for some people. The bed was a little lumpy, but comfortable...

Останавливались в данном заведении на 5 дней в августе 2018г. Основной плюс отеля "премьера", это несомненно его месторасположение. Самый можно сказать центр. До основных достопримечательностей - "рукой подать"...)) Так же есть возможность оставить во дворе автомобиль. Собственно говоря, это было одним из факторов выбора данного места. Отель представляет из себя собственно говоря одну большую квартиру на втором этаже, расположенную в жилом доме дореволюционной постройки. Номер достаточно просторный и чистый. Все необходимое имеется. Наш номер выходил на Невский проспект. Было шумно даже с закрытыми окнами... На первом этаже есть достаточно бюджетная столовая. Ну а разного рода кафе и ресторанов кругом великое множество... На любой вкус и бюджет. Завтраки в отеле достаточно условные... Однако с утра выпить чашку кофе, всегда можно. Персонал (девочки на ресепшене) очень приветливые и отзывчивые! Не понравилось, что нет номеров для курящих. Однако в нашем случае этот момент решился штрафом (я его воспринял, как оплату данной услуги!)), и больше проблем не возникало. В целом все достаточно не плохо. Поселился бы я еще раз в этом отеле? Утвердительно...
