Skyview City — Hotel in Presnensky District

Before booking, I saw the pictures and the location. No clue how it’s a 4 star hotel! It looked like a hostel at the centre, very small reception with old stuff. If they are taking the money for the location, that’s a different case, but not worth it at all. Better take a hotel a couple kilometres away and come to centre by taxi. It will save you more money and give you a thousand time better experience.

It’s in the 4th floor with no lift + metal, narrow staircase which is very uncomfortable to climb up. The breakfast is like you go to university canteen and take a comb food. They are not ready to come to a deal for your comfort once you pay.

If bad service had an Olympic Games - this hotel’s front desk would win gold. Booked in, and came at 11am, was greeted by a desk girl too busy watching YouTube for 5 minutes to acknowledge us and when she did - short sharp moody 1 words answers and attitude; not something you want to deal with after getting up at 4am.
