Plazzo Resto Bar — Restaurant in Kigali City

I am regular customer in Plazo from last 2.5 years. I love to eat the meat mixed with banana or fries. Today I visited for a dinner alone. Ordered for the meat and sweet banana. The meat was too hard and tough to eat. But the main challenge was the drinks they served. I ordered a Long Island which is my favorite drink. The first time the served me something which was extremely alcohol content. Later I asked them to rectify and later the bar tender removed some and added Coca-Cola into it. It was still very bad and I asked them to add more lemon. After eating, I drink quarter of the drink and told them that it is tough to drink and I wanted a vodka. The best part starts now. they served me an absolute vodka and when I tried it, I identified that the drink is not the same. Later I asked them to bring a bottle from inside. The funniest thing is that the mouth of bootle is already peeled. It was also tasting very bad. They tried to find a new bottle and unfortunately they couldn’t find it. Later I asked the Barman to serve me a taste of Malibu. He severed me a taste which was horrible. Later I asked their manager to visit and asked him to taste and he realized that there is something wrong with the drink. Later he asked to bring a new bottle from which we both drink Including the bar tender and we all agreed that the first drink what they severd as Malibu is mixed. Then I explained about the cocktail serverd to me and the manager told me that if the drink was bad please don’t pay for it. The lady bit was someone chased me to home to collect the payment of Malibu when I was already paid for the worst cocktail I already had. It was a shame that they acted like I cheated them.
