Al Qiblah Manazeli Hotel — Hotel in Medina Province

The worst hotel ever. If you have extra money to spare, do not even think about staying in this hotel. We chose this hotel looking at its close proximity to the mosque despite the negative reviews. This hotel proved to be a nightmare. Didn’t let us checkin as they claimed the payment didnt reach them (our payment reached them twice) and they kept lying about it, the staff at the reception was extremely rude with us and even THREATENED us when we said that we want the refund for our double payment. They were becoming physically violent. More so, the rooms were filled with bedbugs and we couldn’t sleep at all, we had to change our plans and leave the hotel earlier than intended. The hotel wasn't clean enough, bathroom could be more better. It wasn't clean though. Hotel was Air-conditioned as well as rooms. Best thing it's only steps away from Masjid Al Nabwi this the only good point staying at this hotel. Breakfast was horrible​, and it was from previous days and not fresh. The chef at the restaurant was literally yelling at the guests. No customer service, those guys even don't know what customer service means. Porter guy and other lobby staff was busy with their mobile phones, no one even bother to greet us while check in nor check out. This was first and last time i stayed...

Hotel location was 10/10. You can see Masjid an Nabawi from it. Less than two minutes walk and you’re inside alhumdulilah. Housekeeping and staff were very friendly. Room wasn’t the best kept however was reflected in its cheap price and cannot be turned down with how perfect the location is. I would recommend this hotel for a group of young boys to go and stay, not somewhere to bring your wife and kids etc. إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ I will be staying here again...
