BELASSI Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Bojnice

When we arrived this hotel they tell us that their chef works only on Fridays and weekends and they can't provide us with the food we paid for in hotels as a replacement they gave us a voucher to another restaurant half a kilometer away and in addition the voucher was not enough so we still had to pay extra even though we had paid half board in the hotel and they can't cook for us and the cafe was closed as well. The rooms: We were in a family apartment and it was old shabby, the door could not be opened with the card they gave us, so it had to give us a reception key, the extra bed was a horrible sprawling half-crumpled sofa bed where they put a 5-centimeter mattress on the iron structure, air conditioning is only in one room and can not cool the whole apartment. In a hotel is nothing there is not wellness, sauna… Apart from the reception, the restaurant, which only works on weekends and for 20% due to a fatal lack of staff and garden, there is nothing here and from the 4 star hotel which is the most expensive in Bojnice so I expected much more. The only thing about this hotel that was good was its staff but there was a lack of it and they just can't keep the hotel running. Overall rating huge disappointment and I do not recommend anyone to go...

Hotel with nice view, but only if you book deluxe room. These rooms are very clean and spatious. I stayed for 3 nights. Quiet environment and no disturbancies from outside. The beds are really good, but the curtains are not withholding the light from outside. As of sunraise (5am) you have a very bright room. First shower i had almost no water coming out of the shower head. Second day, this was luckily fixed, but then there was no hot water in the entire building. I had to shower with freezing cold water. Which was good, I was right awake after my second night with not enough sleep. When calling the reception, i heard in the tone of voice this was not the first time that this happened. Also no apology for the inconvenience. The third day I could finally have a decent hot shower and wash my hair, and then the hair dryer only worked for a few minutes… The breakfast is also...

A lovely little hotel. The staff was so friendly and sweet, we really appreciated it after a long travel. No troubles checking in, they are accommodating.

Location: it is a smaller town, so everything was walkable from the hotel.

Rooms: they were what we needed for one night. You can tell the hotel is older, but that doesn’t bother us. Ours was spacious. My only qualm is the nearest outlets are behind the bed which our outlets wouldn’t reach.

Parking: This hotel has a tiny parking lot right on the side of their building for a small fee. We came at an extremely dead time, so we had no trouble with parking it here. There are only a small handful of spots I think. I’d recommend asking the front desk staff if one is available upon arrival.
