Muzika Restaurant — Restaurant in Bojnice

Visited Muzika today. I was really looking forward to having my lunch there as the menu looked really good. We have ordered two cappucinos while starting to have a more detailed look at the menu to get our orders ready. Lunch deal was the main + the dessert. No complaints there as obviously that’s something that works for you and your business model. However, I did politely asked your waiter whether it would be possible to swap the dessert with soup (I wouldn’t consider it to be such an idiotic question as your waiter made it up to be and a simple “NO (sorry)” would be more than enough for me to “understand”). I was ready if the answer would be “no” to chose something else (a la carte) or ask my partner to have my dessert without demanding the change or discussing it further. However, the waiter was incredibly rude. She acted like I was being absolutely ridiculous, suggesting that I should just add the soup to the menu and telling me that nobody ever asked her such question and nobody has ever refused the dessert at Muzika. I felt absolutely embarrassed because of the way she has spoken to me not even considering that I might have been asking because of the food intolerance/ diet / health issues etc. She was so inappropriate and made me so upset that we left and went to Hotel Lipa after one cappucino. The coffee was fine, too bad that the staff was so off putting that I haven’t had the chance to taste dishes at Muzika. Very rude member of staff.

I have noticed that you like to respond to negative reviews accusing their authors to be fake profiles. Just to let you know, that’s not the case. I have also noticed that you rarely actually accept responsibility for something that your guests didn’t enjoy at Muzika. I have already gone through “a lovely experience” with your waitress so if you are planning to add something to make me (and by the look of it other potential guests) absolutely lose faith in you -...

Started with drinks, where I ordered a dark beer. The attentive waitress arrived with the beer, butane torch, and a piece of metal. The metal was then heated with the torch and then placed in the glass of beer. This caramelised the sugars in the beer and created a foam that added to the taste and experience.

We had mixed starters which comprised of baked camembert with a fruit chutney, and beef tartare, both served with different breads. Both were delightful, and I would have happily ordered more beef tartare for my main course as it was really good.

Different mains dishes were picked by the 5 of us in attendance, and all plates were cleared. My pork tenderloin was served with rice and honey caramelised onions. My better half's saffron risotto with bacon strips was received well. The mother in law had seafood pasta, and bearing in mind that Slovakia is a landlocked country, the freshness of the seafood was notable. The father in law had something that had lots of meat on his plate, so he was happy. My daughter had simple chicken schnitzel and chips, I tasted both and the chicken was really tender and moist with the chips salted to perfection.

The service was impeccable and the waitress flicked perfectly between English and Slovak...

Wau! Zostal som v uzase! Od vstupenia do restauracie, kedy nas obsluhujuca uviedla k stolu az po platenie som bol velmi milo prekvapeny! Obsluhujuca casnicka - volala sa Darinka - nas usadila, hned priniesla jedalne listky, pockala kym sme si vybrali, poradila pri vybere, pri komunikacii s nami bola velmi mila, usmievava. Ja som si z jedalneho listka pomaly nevedel vybrat, nakolko jedlo bolo velmi pestre a zaujimave! A to musim priznat, ze som gurman a dost narocny... Polievku, dubakovu na kyselo, som mal na stole takmer ihned spolu s napojmi ktore sme si objednali. Druhe jedlo sme dostali v casovej norme potrebnej na pripravu, ako pozornost podniku nam boi podane minitousty so syrovou natierkou, ktore milo potesili! Druhe jedlo nie len ze vynikajuco chutilo ale aj velmi dobre vyzeralo na tanieri. Jednoducho gurmansky zazitok! Kazdy sme mali ine jedlo, kazdy bol maximalne spokojny ako bolo jedlo servirovane a ako chutilo! Takze velka pochvala pre kuchara ci kucharku! A este mi neda vratit sa k obsluhe... Po cely cas som nenasiel ziadny nedostatok ci uz v prestierani, ci uz v cistote ci etikete, rovnako v dodrzani etikety pri prineseni jedalnych listkov a ich naslednom rozdani, pri dodrzani etikety pri podavani jedla ( kazdy sme mali nieco ine a jedlo bolo prinesene vsetkym rovnako ), pri odoberani pouziteho riadu, jednoducho WAU! Skvele jedlo, velmi pekna a vkusne zariadena restauraciu, cistota na vysokej urovni ci uz pri stolovani alebo na toaletach! Takze mi to nedalo a trochu som sa vypytoval. Zistil som, ze majitelkou je zena, ktorej touto cestou velmi pekne dakujeme, rovnako tak kuchyni a obsluhe, obzvlast prijemnej pani Darine. Takze vsetkym, ktori navstivia Bojnice a maju chut na vynikajuce jedlo v prijemnom prostredi so skvelou obsluhou VRELO doporucujem prave tuto restauraciu! Ja sa sem urcite este vratim, lebo sa tesim na ochutnanie dalsich jedal z jedalneho listku. Zaverom uz len pre ostatnych uvediem, ze ceny su tu velmi prijemne, v ziadnom pripade nie premrstene.
